スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。部屋は想像以上にせまくてコスパはよくありません。 屋上のプールもとてもせまいです

Compared to our stay at Axel in Barcelona this location was somewhat of a let down. Overall clean and well maintained. However the rooms were dark and the layout/vibe was more "emo teenager" than hip/queer. The breakfast also had less offering compared to our stay at the Axel in Barcelona.

The room was great, in a good location in Madrid! Would definitely stay there again!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Eine Türe zwischen Dusche/ WC und Zimmer wäre sinnvoll.

L’hôtel était bien placé mais il ne sentait pas bon. Odeur très désagréable des l’entrée …

Clean room, great mirror, nice vibes. Pool is a little small but overall great location.

Convenient, Walking distance to some tourist attractions and shopping. Room is clean, the gym is ok but not a lot of equipment. The rooftop bar and pool is nice. The only complain is my bathroom sink is right infront of the window and have no curtains whatsoever to prevent other guest from seeing me use it.

Great location. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The breakfast was immaculate with a special shout out to the fresh warm bread(we could not get enough of it). We enjoyed staying there and plan to return soon.

O staff foi muito simpátido e atencioso, o pequeno almoço é bom e o hotel está bem situado.

El desayuno lo veo con poca variedad para ser un hotel de 4*.

The buffet breakfast was great and the staff were fabulous; however the room could use a little "refreshing renovation". There was an electrical plug hanging out of the bathroom wall and the showers are designed very poorly, allowing lots of water to flow out onto the floor. The gym was super basic and virtually unusable for any free weight usage. These hotels are definitely "hetero-friendly" now - very few in the gay community here anymore.

Great location, amazing staff. Beds were uncomfortable and the wooden floors didn’t help those unsteady bed frames. Decoration in the rooms is nice, just feels like it needs a lot of maintenance. Access to the hotel after hours might be difficult, for anyone that may have need of late access. Also, all rooms facing the middle of the building were very easy to see across and inside others rooms.

Axel never disappoints. Love their retro rooms and rooftop.

Saubere und grosszügige Zimmer; freundliches Personal; sehr zentrale Lage

Albergo di design e molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi molte zone della città, Personale molto gentile e preparato e disponibile, molto buona e ricca di scelta la colazione. Punto sfavorevole ma come in altri hotel in spagna , mancanza di bidet o doccetta intima. Altro punto a sfavore ma per expedia il trasferimento tramite l’app molto costoso ( il triplo , 26 euro contro 8 euro) e non efficiente, avrebbero mandato il taxi il giorno dopo la nostra partenza,… quindi pur avendo pagato il servizio all’app expedia , abbiamo dovuto ripagare un altro Taxi non vedendo arrivare quello prenotato. Probabilmente expedia prenota con Ai i taxi xche assurdo pagare il trasferimento da un hotel il giorno dopo del ceckout
