Kind & helpful staffs and good hospitality. Even sudden request for change, staffs handles promptly & nicely. Outstanding thing is Jet bus in room!!

ツアー参加の為、翌朝6時にホテルロビーに集合の旨をフロントに伝え朝食の相談をした所、通常6:00amからの朝食を5:30amからに早めて下さり大変助かりました。 バイキングでしたが味も良く、美味しく頂きました。

El desayuno estubo aseptable. En lo que concierne a las batas de baño y toallas estan muy uzadas y percudidas. Seria comveninte que las remplacen. Falta de tomacorrientes a la altura de las mezas de noche.

It was overall clean and adequate. The staff were not professional but not friendly. The buffet was modest. I would take luxury out of the name. It was a good hotel at a decent price.

Infelizmente o hotel precisa de manutenção, os ambientes estão bem desgastados e o cheiro de mofo no quarto e na roupa de cama foi o pior de tudo. O quarto não ficou pronto no horário de check-in e, ironicamente, quando chegamos, meia hora antes, ofereceram o early check-in custando $20 (dolares) a mais. Informei a atendende sobre o problema do mofo e ela disse que era normal pela humidade da região e que todos os quartos tinham esse mesmo cheiro. Infelizmente não foi uma estadia muito agradavel. O café da manha começa às 07h30 e termina às 09h30, os itens que acabavam não eram repostos.

Property doesn't show the true pictures, when I arrived to the hotel thecstaff was not pleasant and the rooms awful.

The worst service ever

The WIFI on the 5th floor was awful. I complained 6 times. They never offered a room change or anything. The room I was in was not maintained at all. The breakfast was average at best. The word luxury should not be used in its name because it was anything but. As a guide who brings tourists to Peru. Many other places in Miraflores are a better deal with greay WIFI.
