Kind & helpful staffs and good hospitality. Even sudden request for change, staffs handles promptly & nicely. Outstanding thing is Jet bus in room!!

ツアー参加の為、翌朝6時にホテルロビーに集合の旨をフロントに伝え朝食の相談をした所、通常6:00amからの朝食を5:30amからに早めて下さり大変助かりました。 バイキングでしたが味も良く、美味しく頂きました。

The worst service ever

The WIFI on the 5th floor was awful. I complained 6 times. They never offered a room change or anything. The room I was in was not maintained at all. The breakfast was average at best. The word luxury should not be used in its name because it was anything but. As a guide who brings tourists to Peru. Many other places in Miraflores are a better deal with greay WIFI.

The room was clean (and little bit outdated like in the pictures, but that's ok), the staff was friendly, location is very nice near Park Kennedy. Also the gym and pool facilities are a plus!

Hôtel vieillot, manque d’entretien, déjeuner à la limite de la salubrité mais les chambres sont propres.

Todo muy bien la verdad y la ubicación fenomenal, no pudo estar mejor ubicado, estás a 2 minutos de la principal de Miraflores caminando

O quarto impecável, atendimento excelente, resumindo tudo perfeito.

La habitación estaba cómoda, me agrado que incluía el desayuno y apesar de los tours me daban mi break fast

Café da manhã escasso. Cortam os frios tão pequenos que dá até agonia de se servir. Não estavam frescos, parecia de alguns dias armazenados. Alguns deu receio de consumir. Leite com achocolatado ruim. Estrutura física do hotel é boa. Academia atende bem, equipamentos antigos mas suficiente. Limpeza agradável. Piscina aquecida boa. Bom atendimento dos funcionários. Um diferencial que me chamou atenção é que a limpeza e serviço de quarto é feito por homens, e não por mulheres como de costume. Localização boa. O ruim é mesmo o café da manhã. E a impressão que ficou é que o hotel está passando por um momento ruim.

Room was clean, not the best views but had a good nights rest! :)

The hotel staff customer service is horrendous. Nobody greets you, nobody assists you. The food was horrible. The plates were dirty, they had a brown water on them. The hotel itself is very old, musty and dirty. The only positive aspect is the location.
