結構個性的なデザインのホテルでした。

Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel accueillant qui a fait des efforts pour nous parler en français et qui nous a toujours très bien indiqué les arrêts de bus.

Se” Boutique Hotel was next level awesome! We arrived early in the morning tired and they had our room ready and let us check in early and they even gave us breakfast! They upgraded our room to an apartment which was lovely! The breakfast each morning was so delicious with a large variety of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect! We would recommend this very highly and we would stay here again for sure!

Great staff, and excellent roof-top cocktail bar. Breakfast was included. Our stay would have been improved by having a shelf in the shower, a hook to hang the hand towel on, and sheer curtains at the windows. Re the curtains, there were black-out ones (great) but the other curtains were not sheer. We needed to keep them closed for privacy from buildings across the street, and this made the room continually dark & uninviting.

room was a lot bigger than expected. hotel staff were nice and my room as ready earlier than expected which was nice since i was there very early!

Really friendly staff - the roof top terrace was great and the guys serving were very polite and helpful. Nice touches including a late afternoon delivery of some sweets each day! The free breakfast was lovely and the location of the hotel was fantastic so close to everything in just a few minute walk.

The location of the hotel was great for walking around but not easy to access via car. The breakfast seemed like a standard among all the hotels we stayed at in Portugal. Our first room has a broken shower that would flood the bathroom. We were able to switch rooms after a few days into a room that had another broken shower. Disappointing. The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Definitely not orthopedic.

Hôtel propre et bien entretenu. Ménage fait tous les jours. La terrasse sur le toit est sympa, l’hôtel organise des soirées musique et avons eu une soirée Fado sur cette terrasse. Bon petit déjeuner avec du choix. Emplacement au top. Le seul point négatif est la piscine qui n’était pas inclus dans notre prestation et donc qui est payante et non chauffée 😖

This hotel was excellent! The front desk helped us book a last minute hiking trip. Including information of how to do on our own if we decided to go the route alone. Upstairs has a cute rooftop bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains! It had great selection of breakfast options. Centered around the downtown historic district of Funchal, made sightseeing, shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose for dinner fantastic. Perk to our trip was the Festival of Flowers with cultural activities and events during our visit.

Very good location near historic old town. A few minutes walk from the Aerobus (airport to town public transport) stop. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were all very welcoming and gave advice on local trips etc.... Glad we chose to stay here.

They advertise a heated indoor pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. unfortunately the water was cold & so was the area where the pool was located. The staff at the hotel were not really interested especially the female receptionist, not Priscilla. Our room 203 was lovely apart from there was very little natural light so you always had to have the light on , even during the day. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, however the room was small & everyone had to sit very close to each other.

Fantastiskt läge, bra och hjälpsam personal. God frukost med varierande utbud. Minus på stenhårda sängar och skjutdörr i glas till toalett/badrum.

Room was very spacious and check-in staff was super nice. We got a welcome drink and excellent recommendations for tours and things to do. Pool access is with reservations but totally worth it and super relaxing. Gorgeous cellar, little shop and art collection. Beautiful breakfast dining room and excellent food selection.

Personalet er fantastisk. Hotellet ligger rigtig godt og tagterrassen er rigtig hyggelig. Værelserne er okay. Komfortable og med stort badeværelse. Men vores aircon larmede alt for meget til at man kunne sove med den tændt. Hotellets restaurant, ved siden af, er den dårligste spiseoplevelse vi havde i vores 10 dage på Madeira.
