My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel

I give a 100 for location (close to everything and amazing view) and 120 for service! Service in this hotel is the best I have ever received. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. However I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, because the room itself was not comfortable. We got a suite for 4 people and the entire 2 floors had a very tiny closet only. No drawers, no storage area and not even a night stand to put anything on. We had to live off of our suitcases and use the suitcase tops as tables. That made the room very messy and uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Stayed with my family for 4 days. Location is awesome! So convenient - close to everything - tons of stores and restaurants, and views from our room absolutely stunning! I booked my room with a outside jacuzzi and the views did not disappoint! The food in the hotel was so delicious! Such a great selection for breakfast! I would absolutely come back there and recommend it to my friends!

The hotel itself is amazing! view? amazing! The staff? attentive and will call to follow up on how everything is going. We got the premium suit and it’s walkable, has a nice pool, jacuzzi, view of ocean. Everything you ask for is at the hotel. Will definitely go back there!

Santorini Secret was amazing. View, location and breakfast were spectacular. We had the maisonette room and it was perfect for two adults downstairs and two teens upstairs. A/c was very cold. We travel a lot and do not typically sleep well at hotels, but everyone sleep great.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The views from our room were breathtaking! From the second we arrived we were treated amazingly. We were greeted upon exiting our taxi and escorted to check in. Staff go above and beyond. Beautiful room with great amenities. Amazing breakfast options. Overall this was an amazing stay! I have not one negative comment or concern! I highly recommend booking with this hotel!

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful view of the Aegean Sea. Top notch service provided by the staff. It’s located in Oia, which is about an hour from the ferry dock and 20 minutes from the airport.

This has to be the BEST stay I’ve ever had in Europe. From the moment you check in to the minute you check out. The staff is super attentive, and they genuinely care about your stay. Beautiful facility with an even better view of the caldera with your private hot tub. It was an incredible stay.
