Very good hotel and great location in order to visit the old town.

Short walk to the old town. There is no on site parking just street parking in front of the of the hotel. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Wonderful shower with multiple shower heads.

It was just ok.

Habitaciones muy limpias, personal muy amable, aparcamiento fácil, gratuito y en la puerta. El desayuno muy justo, supongo que es porque es temporada baja y creo que éramos los únicos huéspedes

Our hotel stay didn't actually happen because despite several emails sent by myself confirming the time and dates of my stay when we arrived at the hotel at 2am the whole place was closed for guests - I was not made aware of the fact that I would need a code to enter the building. I have copies of the emails telling them of the date and time of arrival but between the Hotel and Expedia they chose to ignore our arrival. I'm 67 and my husband is 72 with mobility issues and we were stranded in Sibiu until we checked into another hotel at 3.40am - very poor customer service all round - will NEVER book with Expedia ever again.

Sorry, wir sind darauf hereingefallen. Von 5Sternen und Noblesse ist dieses Hotel weit entfernt. 3,5 wäre wahrscheinlich fair. Eigentlich ein aufgepepptes Einfamilienhaus. Bitte nicht vom Namen und den, zugegebenermaßen, vielversprechenden Bildern und Bewertungen täuschen lassen.

Not that close to the main square but still walkable. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Parking is right in front.

This quaint hotel was ideal for our one night stay. It is conveniently located with very easily accessible parking. The breakfast selection was also very good.

I really liked this place it was a 10 minute walk from the center but very quiet parking was pretty easy room was very spacious great shower. Breakfast was good I’d definitely recommend it Sibiu is fantastic I really enjoyed it

Spotless clean, big room and bathroom, all needed (sleepers, bathrobe). quiet place. very good and varied breakfast. nice terrace to have breakfast. parking on the street, in front of location, free of charge, enough spots. the personnel very nice. all perfect. thank you!

Ok aber sie können besser werden.

This hotel is in a great location. The standard room is very small. We could not use the the closet unless we moved furniture. There was no storage space not even a hook to hang a coat . The bed was comfortable but one of us had to climb in cause it was up against a wall. Our only issues were that we were there 2 nights and both times our key cards did not work. The second night dirty coffee cups were left in our room. The staff was very nice and took care of the issues quickly. There were basic amenities in the room. There was no free water as stated on the site. We were told free water is only for guests that purchase breakfast. Overall the hotel was comfortable and in a nice location close to the train station and old town.

Comfortable beds, luxurious showers, friendly staff and excellent breakfast!

The good part first – Sibiu is a beautiful town, and the hotel is well located – an easy walk from the centre. The customer service we received was atrocious. On arrival, we went in the restaurant entrance instead of reception (our mistake), to be told off like children by the receptionist. He didn’t smile once, didn’t welcome us, and seem totally unsuitable for a front of house role. The hotel advert said it had parking available, but this turned out to be parking on the public pavement in front of their gate! Our room was clean and tidy, but the safe was locked when we arrived, so we couldn’t use it. Worse was to come when we had breakfast the next morning – food which should’ve been kept chilled was left out in a very warm room, e.g. the 8–10 yoghurts were warm to the touch. We mentioned this, to be met with a shrug. The breakfast choice was limited, with numerous flies walking over the food. The fried eggs were overcooked and locked as if they’d been sitting out for ages. If location is your only criteria, then okay, but otherwise we definitely wouldn’t recommend the Noblesse Boutique Hotel in Sibiu.

No parking. They advertise to have parking available, but its only street parking. I have a motorbike and was NOT happy. They also do not have handicap parking. There is no fitness center. There is no spa. The restaurant is only for breakfast. Rooms are fune though, and beds comfortable.

We stayed at the Noblesse for 1 night in May. We needed somewhere close to the Railway station and this hotel was ideal being only a few minutes walk away. The main square was also less than 10 minutes walk away. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. An ideal hotel if arriving by train.
