スタッフはみんな親切で、英語を話します。 朝食を食べられない時間にチェックアウトする必要がある場合でも、簡単な朝食バッグを作ってくれました。 アルマス広場までは10分ほど掛かりますが、サンペドロ市場に近くて便利。

It is a wonderful hotel, the best hotel in Cuzco! We would definitely return to this hotel. I guarantee you will get more than your money's worth. ★The staff: all of them are great. They are very helpful. ★Cleanliness: very good. ★Room size: very spacious. Closet and desk. ★Shower: hot shower always available, good water pressure. ★Location: Very good. The location is very good, 2 minutes walk to Peru rail station to go to Machupichu, 3 minutes walk to a big market. ★Breakfast: very varied menu, so diecious. (Also, sandwiches available if you need to leave early in the morning. They are never late, even if you leave at 4am. Bravo!) The only problem we had was the loud music from a nearby restaurant at night at 22h00. However, when I told the reception lady about it, she immediately called the police. Immediately after that it became very quiet and our peaceful sleep was preserved. I want to note that the staff responded promptly to our request always. Really excellent hotel! Thank you so much!

This Hote is the best in Cusco. The staff is helpful and friendly, all of them excellent. The rooms are clean and the beds are fluffy.Thick warm comforters. The hot shower worked fine at all hours. We told them we were leaving at 5 am to go to Machu Picchu, then they prepared a breakfast in paper bags before 4h50 am. Sandwiches, fruit, water etc. Furthermore, the hotel was a 3 minute walk from the Perurail station. The hotel states a quiet street but very close to reach some main market, park and sightseeing points. We will back to this hotel surely! Thank you so much!

市場からも観光地からも近く、ご飯を食べるところにも困りませんでした。 深夜に到着だったにも関わらず、 受付の方も親切に対応して頂きました。

The hotel is very nice. The atmosphere is very serene and the views are beautiful. The premises are very clean. The staff is not only friendly but also very helpful, and the breakfast is excellent.

The staff were phenomenal and very helpful. The room was comfortable, and when we said we were cold, they brought us a heater to use in our room. Our bathroom was the only downside (a slight smell and didn’t seem to get cleaned each day beside trash can), but it was still useable. The breakfast was delicious and free tea/coffee/filtered water throughout the day and night was helpful too. They also packed us a breakfast for when we had to leave early for a tour and held our bags while we went to the jungle for a few days.

Staff was incredibly kind. Let us check in early morning when our flight arrived and packed us a takeaway breakfast box to go he next day.

Staff are very nice. Clean room. Packed breakfast for us since we left early and ok for luggage storage when we visited Macchu picchu.

Peguei um quarto de dois andares, muito legal. O atendimento sempre ótimo. Acho que faltaram duas coisas importantes: telefone para falar na recepção, pois precisei de toalhas e tive que descer no frio. E cortina! Dormimos no segundo andar e todos os dias acordamos com o sol na cara muito cedo, bem antes do que gostaríamos. Tem três janelas de vidro e nenhuma delas é coberta.

We had the tripple room which was on the top floor under the slanted roof. I hit my head several times. We were tired when we arrived in the evening and ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food was just okay but the juices were very nice. The included breakfast was fine, although the coffee wasn't good at all, very bitter and clearly made with the cheapest beans. The breakfast food was the same as all the other hotels we have stayed in in Peru. Choice of eggs, some bread, bit of yoghurt with cereal and fresh fruit. All in all our stay was fine for 1 night but wouldn't go back.

The service was impeccable so was the food. The room was basic but super clean and comfortable. Good location across from the market. My only complaint is the rooms are not well insonorised. I had dogs fighting just outside both nights and guests arriving late making so much noise

I stayed here for 4 nights in Aug-Sep, 2025. There were several things that I liked: 1) Cleanliness of the hotel 2) Proximity to Plaza de Armas 3) Friendly hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

I loved my stay here. The breakfast was delicious every morning and I appreciated the pack breakfast the days I was up early for tours. The staff were always helpful and the hotel is kept extremely clean. I did laundry twice and it alway came back promptly. I would definitely stay here again.
