Very spacious, well maintained, clean, splendid room!!

新市街のタワーへの徒歩圏内の立地にあります。モスクやピラミッドまでは無理して歩きましたが、ちょっときつかったので、タワー以外はタクシーで移動した方がいいです。ホテル全体は綺麗でフロントの若い女性が一生懸命翻訳アプリを使って会話してくれて助かりました。

Wifiが不安定なときがありましたが、それ以外は快適に過ごせました。シャワーのお湯も、安定して温かかったです。バス停が近く、空港からの100番のバスも目の前にあるバス停で降りられました。もちろん、タクシーも利用しましたが。スーパーマーケットは少し歩かないとないですが、さして不便は感じませんでした。

ダウンタウンに位置していて便利な場所にあるホテルです。レセプションはきちんと英語が通じ、フレンドリーでした。朝食ブフェはまあ普通でしょうか。

アスタナの新市街の中心に位置していて、とても便利。観光する場所が近い。 小さなお店を色々見たい場合は、旧市街に泊まる方が良いと思う。

Wonderfull location, helpfull stuff

Rather average hotel - not horrible and not great. One the positive side: big rooms, cleanliness and perfect location in the city centre. On the negative side: breakfast, noise from outside and frozen pizza in their restaurant.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Nice breakfast and room. Overall a very nice hotel to stay at.

Klima Funktionierte 3 Tage nicht. Es war extrem warm und der Werker ist andauernd in unser Zimmer geplatzt. Selbst als ich rufte "wait". Abgesehen von diesen unmöglichen momenten war es im gesamten eigentlich ein gutes Hotel mit guter Lage.

Very central location and in walking distance of many sightseeing options. The hotel is old and could use an update, but is it good and clean. The breakfast is good, but the room is very small and sometimes there are no tables left. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider this hotel if I visit Astana again

My parents enjoyed their stay a lot! The premium room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Thank you!

We called the front desk for daily water and toilet paper supply starting from the morning. After the fifth times call and compliant, it finally brought us by the front desk instead of room service. And only one bottle of water and one toilet paper was delivered around 18:00pm.

The room was very large and good value for money. The hotel is well situated, but a bit confusing to get to. English speaking staff made the stay easy.
