The hand shower in the bathroom made a strange drilling sound every time I used it. The room was a bit untidy when I first entered. The bathroom faucet didn’t work properly, and there was only one carpet, which wasn’t very useful after coming from the shower. Hotel staff were very friendly and really helpful. Other than that, everything was good.

All in all a fabulous stay at Ilios Hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is good and there is plenty of it. The pool is lovely, and quiet, no fighting for a sunbed. Would definitely stay again.

It was really good, great location with a small supermarket nearby. Food was great and a nice breakfast buffet. Great price for it all and we all liked the place a lot.

Quite and peaceful place,. Beautiful view to mountains. Very clean and maintained hotel. Spacious room. Breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and vegetables. We loved the place and certainty coming back then next time in Zakynthos. One thing I can't understand - during my stay 3 days, nobody came to clean room nor take out trash, maybe because hotel was closing down for off season.

Everything has been great! The staff is really nice and always keen to give us an advise regarding where to go/eat; they also help us with the rent of a car. Breakfast was good and the room big and clean. The hotel is in a really good position close to the beach and lots of restaurants but in a quiet zone.

Staff and service were excellent! Rooms were clean and the property was meticulously maintained. The location was perfect, close enough to walk/drive to Laganas town but far enough to be a peaceful and quiet stay. Loved it, highly recommend!

Struttura nuova, con camere grandi arredate con stile moderno. Servizi; frigobar, forno a microonde e bollitore con i suoi piattini e tazze. Nel complesso struttura silenziosa, maggiormente la mostra camera perché situata nel complesso più lontano dalla piscina. Le camere vista piscina potrebbero essere meno tranquille visto anche la musica che va per tutto il giorno. L’ ubicazione e’ fuori dalla zona bar- ristoranti, può risultare un po’ troppo appartata perché la strada che conduce all hotel , la sera e’ molto buia. La spiaggia e’ a circa 15 min, consiglio comunque la macchina perché l’isola offre molte opportunita , spiagge molto più belle

Stayed here twice 6 years ago before Refurb . Was ok then , now fully refurbished. Stayed last year then again recently . The staff remembered me even by name . Rooms excellent and cleaned daily. Lovely hotel and staff. Can’t praise them enough .

O lugar é bom. Poderia ser muito melhor com pequenas melhorias e facilidades. Mas a simpatia das pessoas que nos receberam compensa.

Allt var bra. Trevligt bemötande när vi skulle checka in. Fint hotell. Det enda negativa var att rummen var relativt lyhörda.
