マチュピチュ旅行に行く前後で使用しました。マチュピチュまでのトレインには大きな荷物を乗せることができないので、こちらで預かってもらいました。マチュピチュ入場券やトレインのチケットについて相談ににのっていただいたので本当に助かりました。シャワーの水圧が微妙だったのでマイナス1しました。

夜に着いたので余り周りはわかりませんが飛行機が早いので空港近くを選びましたがフロントのお兄さん達はイケメン揃いでとても親切で翌日の飛行機のチェックインがスペイン語だったので変わりにお願いしたらバッチリコピーまで親切にして頂き本当に助かりました、知人の話しによると空港近くは余り良いホテルが無いと言っていたのですがもう少しホテルでゆっくりしたかったぐらい快適でした。飛行機が早く朝食付きでしたが食べる事が出来ず残念でしたが格安で宿泊出来お勧めです。

No Heater in the hotel or the rooms, it got a low as 6 degrees C in the early mornings. Not the right location for tourists Hotel miserably cold all the time Breakfast in the first 8 days was inadequate Had to keep asking the waiter for things which were coming slow and not enough either. Breakfast is mediocre. Nothing great. Cold mold in the bathroom shower . Bathrooms are always stinking , we had to change our room because there was a leak in the toilet, even after giving them a full day they did not repair just put in some freshener and thought it would pass by, finally got a room with no leak, but bathroom still stinking, the hotel has some serious drainage and plumbing issues. Lobby was so dusty and cold , no cleaning done. Housekeeping would only make the beds and clean the bathrooms. The only silver lining was the staff, they were helpful they got portable heaters in the room but trust me those heaters did nothing. Got a headache from altitude sickness the staff helped me with some oxygen. So that was good. But would never ever go back. Close to the airport, no restaurants close, had to spend on Uber all the time to go for anything.

SanFrancisco was convenient to the Cusco Airport, and advertises a full service Restaurant for lunch & dinner. They offer rooms with a queen or king size bed. In fact, the king bed room also has a double bed. There is no heat, and it took 5 tries to get a space heater and 2 clean blankets for the bed. The restaurant was not running due to "Chef problems" but we were not told this when we checked in. There were no neighborhood restaurants. Food for the breakfast buffet was limited & very poor quality. Thos hotel must be experiencing management problems. We can not recommend SanFrancisco.

At some time in the very very near future, management should consider sriously updatingALL linen

The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. However they are really stingy with towels and pillows. One pillow per person and we only had two towels for a room we had booked for two adults and two kids. The lobby is pretty small and there aren’t really any other areas to hang out. No central air at all and we stayed during a cold snap so the rooms were quite chilly. Dining is *really* limited in this area. You have to walk quite a ways in an area that isn’t great but we stayed to be near the airport. For this purpose it was ok. The price point makes sense for what they offer. They could improve quite a bit just by offering two pillows and two towels per person and some kind of heater on cold nights.

It’s a small place compared to what shown in the picture. No air condition or fan for ventilation.

This property was chosen because it was closer to Cusco airport and our flight was 7:45am. Expedia listed air conditioning as one of the amenities available which is incorrect. The lighting in the room was really horrible, some kind of LED wall and ceiling lights that were way too bright. The updated bathroom has a shallow sink which splashed water on you unless you carefully turn in on slowly to low. There are no mini fridge, no kettle or coffee maker, ice, hand towels, etc. if you want hot water, you will be to go up to the 8th floor restaurant to get some. Also, the area has no accessible convenient stores or restaurants. Also, they didn't put us next to our even close to each other although I requested it over one month ago..... They were nice though to give us a box sandwich breakfast with a bottle water and juice because we had to leave so early, before the breakfast began.

The noise level make it imposible to rest. They have construction since very early 7am to late. Staff slams doors at all time and guests are allowed to scream the entire time through the Hotel from first floor to the top level. The reception staff is not approachable or helpful. Yet the door guy is welcoming and have an answer or recommendation at all time. He was very helpful with maps, recommendations and places to visit.

Best hotel service in Cusco! Clean, 30 mins walking to airport. They do room cleaning every day even though u r staying customer.

Foi muito boa a estadia. Hotel com instalações ótimas , camas confortáveis , bom café da manhã porém os funcionários não são tão simpáticos . Creio que precisam de um incentivo maior pra esse trabalho .

Gutes Hotel in Flugplatznähe. Sehr freundlich. Frühstück gut, man erfüllt gerne Sonderwünsche wie Omlettes oder Spiegelei. Leider nur kleine Handtücher im Bad, etwas wenig zum Duschen.

I thought it was odd that they request my room key to clean the room.

It's a nice place for the money you pay. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived until 30 minutes later. The restaurant needs to improve a lot, but overall, it's a good and affordable place to stay

Hotel excelente, muito organizado e limpo, atendimento maravilhoso em especial a Querida Lis, amável e atenciosa. A única coisa a desejar foi a localização, para ir ao centro utilizamos taxi, média de 8 minutos.
