お部屋もバスルームも、とても清潔で明るいです。 お部屋には湯沸かしポットも、ヘアドライヤーもあり、助かりました。 朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 また朝食の時間より早く出発しなければならない場合は、前日の夜までにレセプションにお願いすれば、朝食パックを持たせてくれます。 スタッフの方達も感じが良く、特にベルのDeyviさんはとても親切で周辺のお店や観光スポットのことなど詳しく教えてくれました。

客室数が割と少ないのでエレベーターが非常にスムーズ

フロントが一人でチェックインに若干時間が掛かりましたが、それ以外は、スタッフの対応、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、立地、どれをとっても大満足のホテルでした。

Location, walking distance to restaurants, shops, mall. Friendly, professional staff, security and internet access. Housekeeeping service was goood.

The property was clean and safe. The restaurant selections and service were great. The front desk personnel was professional and knowledgeable. Extremely helpful to make transportation arrangements for us when needed. Even though everyone was great I specifically want to thank Melisa in the restaurant and Gladyko at the front desk and also at the restaurant. The staff at this hotel made our experience so special it makes us want to go back at some point and we wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else.

Awesome hotel

What a GREAT location for the price point of this hotel!!! Right off the malecon and within 1.5 km of Kennedy Park. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious however the a/c or ventilation wasn't working correctly so the room was quite stuffy and never got below 23 degrees Celsius (and you couldn't open the windows). My only other complaint was the lack of purified drinking water. They did give you a couple of small bottles in the room but otherwise we had to purchase it at a market around the corner. The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. A huge spread of roast pork and sweet potatoes, breads, cheeses/lunchmeats, french toast/pancakes, sweets, fruits and eggs made to order. They even had 3 types of milk for coffee. I would definitely stay here again at the price point.

Esse hotel possui uma localização excelente. E um café da manhã maravilhoso e variado. Quartos com muito conforto também. Atendimento muito bom. Altamente recomendado.

Great location just across the street from Larcoma Mall. Walk along the coastal trail is great. No heat inside the room where we caught bad cold though.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, a poucos metros do shopping Larcomar e do calçadão de Miraflores. O quarto superior king em que nos hospedamos tinha excelente espaço, cama muito confortável (talvez a melhor da nossa viagem ao Peru) e bons lençóis e toalhas. O café-da-manhã é bom. Nada excepcional, mas um básico bem feito. Quanto a equipe, não temos reclamações, mas também não há o que elogiar. O horário do check-out é uma desvantagem e deve ser avaliado por quem escolher esse hotel. O horário é às 15h, sem negociações. Para um early check-in é cobrada uma taxa de US$ 45 (no dia que chegamos, nem se quisessemos pagar essa taxa não havia disponibilidade antes das 13h). Ainda assim, certamente escolheria de novo este hotel, pois nenhuma outra opção supera a qualidade, o conforto, a localização e o preço que encontrei aqui.
