宿は少し古そうですが、とても清潔に保たれていました。部屋は広く快適でした。 受付のスタッフさんは、私たちが英語が話せなかったけど、英訳機で伝えてとても親切に対応いただきました。ありがとうございます。 駅も目の前にありとても便利です。 またドバイに来ることがあれば、宿泊したいと思いました。

メトロの駅から近く、24時間営業のスーパーも近くなにかと便利なホテル。 スタッフさんも親切だった。 ただ、ホテルにバー的なものが無いので、アルコールを接種したい人は近隣のホテルのバーか居酒屋に行くしかないのが残念なところ。

駅も近く、Seven11も近く、非常に便利 部屋も広くて、静かで綺麗。ドバイは、タクシーは安く、中心より良いと思う。

メトロの駅の目の前。ビジネスベイにも近く、モールは徒歩圏。従業員はみんなフレンドリーで、部屋も広くて快適でした

駅の目の前ですが、少し歩いたところの横断歩道を渡る必要あります。ウェルカムドリンク、フルーツをいただけるし、WiFi早いし、横のトルコ料理屋さん美味しいし、また利用したいです。

メトロの真ん前、道を挟んだ迎え側に立っています。セブンイレブンもすぐ近くです。設備も豪華で、部屋も広々です。ただ、どこへ行くにもメトロに乗る必要があります。

My fifth time staying here, it’s been better every time. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the facilities are excellent, and the metro station is literally opposite the hotel. The location is perfect. I loved it so much that I am heading back in September! See you soon!

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, ideal location

Our stay at Rose Park Hotel exceeded our expectations.Hotel was excellent.Clean and close to the metro.Staff made us feel so welcome.They provided absolutely outstanding customer service.Big thank to Melvin ,Aftab and Abu for looking after us.I highly recommend this hotel .Definitely will be back.

After the long night flight the hotel allowed to use the pool while waiting for a room to be ready and then even offered an early check in for free. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient- literally opposite to the metro station entrance. Very helpful and nice personnel. The room is spacious and comfortable (there is even a weight scale on a room).

Very convenient to Metro. Walkable to Mall of the Emirates

The hotel is in fine condition - not new but ok. There was noise outside the hotel in the early morning around 6 or 7 am, probably maintenance work nearby but since we guess it’s not under the hotel’s management so we didn’t bother to ask for any assistance. The stay was fine considering the price was very reasonable, but it’s not the choice if you want fancy. The receptionist was helpful and kind, served us some welcome drink at our arrival, and also provided some useful advice whenever we asked about Dubai. Location of the Hotel is excellent, right opposite to the metro station and there’re plenty of restaurants nearby and a round the clock supermarket.

My stay at this hotel was okay, but nothing exceptional. The service and amenities were standard—everything worked as expected, but I didn’t receive any extra benefits or standout experiences. If you’re looking for a basic, no-frills stay, this hotel does the job, but don’t expect anything beyond the standard offering.

Enjoy friendly staff and comfortable rooms to recharge in the vibrant scene of insurance market which is very well connected to infrastructure.

Excellent. Staff was nice and the welcome fruit basket and biscuits were a great gesture! Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good too! Would absolutely recommend it. Loved the swimming pool too, hot water!

For the money it was a very good Hotel. Very nice staff 24/7 available. Pool and Sauna included. Perfect located next to the Dubai metro and between sightseeing hotspots like The Palm/Marina on the one, and Deira, Burj Khalifa on the other side. So clear recommendations for the Rose Park Hotel 😊
