スタッフの行動が生き生きと秩序だっている。一般的なイタリア人のいい加減さが無い所が良い。 立地条件が良く、テラス付きの部屋は最高。 その他の部屋は、目的が寝るだけなら良いが快適さは無い。

2日前の料金と同じハイグレードな部屋であるはずなのに部屋のグレードをおとされた。 これで以前と同じ部屋代なら問題である。

Uitstekende ligging, vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Vernieuwende kamers zonder tapijt. En heerlijke bedden. Dakterras met uitzicht, ook s’avonds gezellige bar.

Centrally located, cute little hotel. Very friendly / helpful staff who answered 1000 silly tourist questions from us. Walkable to all main attractions (monuments, colosseum, etc)

Our stay at the Otivm hotel to celebrate our 15:th wedding anniversary was wonderful! The service was great! Our room with a private terrace was incredible! We couldn’t have found a better location with walking distance to everything. The only thing we didin’t love was the beds, they were rock hard and the breakfast was only ok, BUT, the staff really made an effort to accommodate special dietary needs. We loved it and will definitely come back!

This is our second stay with Otivym Hotel. The rooftop terrace has a cover charge at night but breakfast there was included with our stay and it was very good in terms of selection and quality. The air conditioning was good. There is a kettle and cups in the room as well as a safe and small fridge. There is also a convenience store next door. We found everything walkable but we took taxi to the Vatican last year. Last year we were four and had the family suite. This time a smaller room for two. Thank you for a great stay.

El lugar esta excelentemente situado. Todo esta cerca! Ademas las habitaciones muy buenas, limpias, amplias (nos toco una con balcon). Y las personas de la recepcion son muy serviciales y atentas. Sin duda volveriamos.

First time in Rome and I could not have selected a better hotel and location. Convenient for sight seeing and restaurants. The Roof Top Bar was amazing. Staff was very friendly.

Very wonderful staff

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We booked a room with a large terrace and it was a lovely outdoor space. The rooftop bar at the hotel is fabulous. The location was also very central and convenient to walk around the city center.

Great location and lovely staff.

Overall good stay with great hotel staff - very accommodating and friendly. The one downside for us - because our room was on the top floor it was right below the rooftop bar. It was fairly loud in our room for several hours late at night (people stomping up and down the stairs, dragging chairs/tables, etc.). We would still stay here again, would just avoid the top floor.

My wife and I stayed at the Otivm Hotel 2 years ago for our honeymoon and loved it so much we stayed there again when we returned. The Otivm is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and made us feel as though we were at home. Upon entry, we were welcomed with cappuccinos. Since we arrived early, they offered to secure out luggage while we explored. During our time there, they offered several recommendations. The cleaning staff left our room very clean. The mini bar options are pretty solid as well. With regard to the rooftop breakfast, there are plenty of options - many of which are delicious pastries. One thing that stuck out to us both times we stayed, was that the staff greeted us by our names. Lastly, the location is wonderful! We were often less than 15 minutes from any attraction we wanted to visit. This really is such an amazing hotel and we recommend it to everyone we know staying in Rome!

Hôtel disposant d’un positionnement excellant pour faire les visites à pied. Un personnel très agréable et à votre service. Le Roof Top est vraiment un plus.

The shower drainage didn’t work but other than that it’s a beautiful hotel centrally located and the staff was very kind.

Great staff, great location, nice room. Bed was a little on the hard side.
