普通に快適です。値段はヴェネツィア料金です。

レセプションや朝食会場等のスタッフ、皆が親切で快適に過ごせました。部屋のヘアドライヤーが故障してしまったときも即座に代えのものを持って来てくださいました。ベネチアに滞在する際には、また利用したいです。

フェリー乗り場から5分圏内で、スーツケースでも大丈夫な距離です。 ホテルの目の前にはレストランもあり。繁華街にも散歩がてらに十分な徒歩距離です。 ホテルも清潔で、日本人にもお勧めと思います。

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are small but cozy. Breakfast had good options and the service was excellent. Luca at the front desk was amazing—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the towel warmer in the bathroom wasn’t working, which made the bathroom cold and caused the towels to stay damp and develop an odor. I’m very eco-conscious, and I believe that if the towel warmers were functioning, guests wouldn’t feel the need to request fresh towels every day, which would be much better for the environment.

Live everything about this hotel. The room, service, breakfast. Received a room upgrade to in suite, which was very spacious and luxury. Will definitely book here again
