素晴らしい重厚感のあるホテルでした。 場所もプチコッソに面しており最高の立地だと思います。

建物吹き抜けに面した部屋が大部分とのことで部屋に外向きの窓なし。部屋の内部はモロッコ調の装飾で異国情緒漂う。ホテルのサービスは、チェックイン時のティーサービスなどホスピタリティに好感もてる。レストラン、朝食も良かった。

les chambres situées sous la salle du petit déjeuner sont bruyantes dès que l' on déplace les chaises :remède: poser des tampons de matériau isolant sous les pieds de celles ci J' ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel: il est très aimable et serviable.

Bien décoré, bien équipé, bien situé dans la ville ancienne, personnel attentionné. Amélioration possible: le bruit, extérieur malgré le double vitrage et intérieur, avec les déplacements de meubles tôt le matin dans l'étage supérieur

A unique property in the center of “old” Tangier that felt authentic, comfortable, and hospitable. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location!! Cute hotel and really good and nice staff. Water pressure in shower really good.

The Riad is very noisy. Our deluxe room was tiny. But it has an incredible view from the rooftop.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the Kasbah, city tour bus, and the ferry port. The hosts were beyond wonderful and went out of their way to help find alternative travel options after weather-related cancellations, especially when I couldn’t reach the transportation company. The service was highly customizable and personalized. I initially booked because of the location, but I would return for the exceptional hospitality.

Hotellin sijainti todella hyvä. Lyhyt kävelymatka vanhan kaupungin kauppoihin ja kahviloihin. Aamiainen hyvä ja monipuolinen. Ravintola ja terassit todella viihtyisiä. Siisti hotelli.

Located in the medina in a busy area there was street noise all night. The staff were very accomodating. The room was spacious and clean. Its an old hotel with beautiful finishes. Delicious breakfast

Terribly loud all nite

Had a terrible smell (like sewage) in our room, staff was not very attentive. Never got back to us after a request we made and we were limited on time, so we let it go. Location was convenient. Has an elevator which is nice. Otherwise, would not recommend overall.

The decor and staff are wonderful. It is also in a great location. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be, however. It used to be in the main dining room and included a lively scrambled egg dish. Now only hard- boiled egg plus a lot of bread and some fruit. So please make breakfast better. Plus room number 4 is quite noisy. I would choose another for sure.

WiFi was poor. Everything else was great

First of all, my mother and I were cut with a glass on top of one of the restaurants tables; staff dismissed these. My mother bled a lot from her cut. Brought it to staff including front desk staff. 2ndly, towels seemed old and beige from not being properly washed-white origin. 3rd, toilet smell bad. Otherwise, room was nice but I do consider it too expensive for the service received.

Very recommended place, staff is very sweet and professional, always ready to help. Incredible oriental design and safe area.

Fantastic property in the Medina. Super well located and great value. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The restaurant was so good I didn’t eat elsewhere really.

Unique and authentic property with a friendly and helpful staff. The Dining room and roof top terrace were fabulous. The location is unbelievable. The bedrooms are small and dated and need some upgrades and updates.
