清潔感があり、インスタ映えするお部屋で大満足。 ウェルカムドリンクやホテル出発時交通機関の案内や大まかな目的地までの行き方の案内等スタッフの細やかな気遣いも感じられた。 シャワーの水圧が弱いこと、無料のティーパックなどがあるとより嬉しい。 特に困ることはなかったが、日本語対応が進めばより沢山の日本人が安心して泊まれると思う。

洗面のコンセントが壊れていて、がっかり

Hello, I recently stayed at Barcelona Edition. We booked 2 rooms, one for myself and for my parents to celebrate their 50th year anniversary. Based on my previous experience staying at the Edition hotels and being a loyal Marriot Bonvoy member, I convinced my parents to stay there the last 5 nights of their European trip. They couldnt sleep from the noise from above floor the first night and notified the hotel and they promised to change their room which never happened! Instead they brought them some cookies!! The towels in the room were dirty and smelly and hotel was notified also. We spent over $1000 for each room per night which is not exactly cheap, but the experience turned out to be an awful one for my parents and I at their 50th year anniversary. We repeatedly mentioned to the hotel and they are not happy with the room and noise and the overall experience but they barely did anything. I’m extremely disappointed with the whole experience and bringing my parents there and regret the decision to book Edition Barcelona.

Staff Wash very profesional

The staff was incredible!!!!!! They were so kind and easy to work with. They helped us with tour tickets, lining up cars, and great recommendations for dining! The view from the hotels upstairs bar and pool were incredible. Loved it and will be going back again!!!!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, very beautiful, modern, and with friendly staff. The rooms are not very spacious, but they were extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hotel’s fragrance is also amazing. The only downside was the breakfast team, who seemed confused and less friendly. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Room is too compact; difficult to accommodate stuff for a couple 4-day stay. Same apply for the bathroom - limited space. For the price charged, one would expect something roomier, more confortable.

this was our third location at edition hotels, which was also the most astonishing one of em all. the mattress feels like it’s been used for 50 years, you sink into the bed not lying on it, pretty ridiculous for a FIVE STAR HOTEL. some doorman / doorwoman don’t open the door for you, but they do open the door for white ppl. however, the cleaning crew are very very nice with no exception, that was the only relief to our overall staying.

Amazing staff (Irene, Rita, Claudia). Welcoming staff at amenities (Spa, Lobby, Bellboy, and Punchroom). Thank you for a memorable stay!
