We stayed here in a non-smoking Superior Room with a king bed and half board. The room intially smelled of smoke but it wasn't too bad and not an issue. The room was not huge but was clean and comfortable. The restaurant is good with a great breakfast (including masala dosas). And dinner is good too. No one seemed to know what was included in the half board option but that was ok. The staff were very polite and attentive with many possibly being trainees (I'm guessing) - which again was fine. It's a stylish property 15 minutes to the airport.

The deluxe suite was spacious and spotless. I wasn’t expecting the veranda but this was a bonus and we enjoyed our evening tea. Food in general is delicious. The breakfast service is excellent. The dinner service is slow and a bit mismanaged.

It was nice.. bathroom had issue the second day, they fixed it immediately though. It wasted some time for us.

Vegetarian hotel, some deluxe / junior suites do not have any windows only a door to patio where all mosquitoes can enter. Air con in bedroom extremely noisy.

Had a great time

Our stay at the Radisson just fell short of expectations, for a few reasons. The first is communication - it was challenging to have productive conversations with the front desk team due to the language barrier, which I wouldn't have expected at a big international hotel. When we arrived before the official check-in time and asked how long it would be for our room to be ready, the team couldn't really understand the question and so we waited for about 40 mins before giving up and going into town to get something to eat. The second was the breakfast - it's not to the standard I've found at other Radissons, and on our first day we had to move tables due to the volume of flies (not great!). Again communication challenges existed here too. And the third is the fitness centre - it's a very small room with too much outdated and in some cases broken equipment. One treadmill fully broken, the other with a flashing screen every time my foot would hit the tread. Each morning I'd go early and have to switch equipment on at the mains, switch the air con on, turn on lights etc. Not what I'd anticipate from a 24/7 gym. All in all, room for improvement.

There is a smell like mosquito repellent around the lobby and hallway that is quite strong.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location isn't walkable to any tourist destination but it's ok. Service is great. Breakfast is fine too. The restaurant serving lunch and dinner has somewhat limited options and the food is mediocre. I'd recommend eating out but hotel is perfect for sleeping after a day out sightseeing.
