可愛らしい素敵なお部屋でした。水上バスの乗り場からは一ヶ所だけ階段がありましたが、それほど大変ということもなく、観光スポットにも近い便利なロケーションでした。こじんまりした小さなホテルですが、エレベーターもあり、スタッフも親切です。

The hotel was excellent and would absolutely stay again! Good size bathroom and shower that didn’t feel cramped. Ali’s had a convenient magnifying mirror for the ladies! The staff was friendly and helpful. Close walking to the city sites!!! Perfect!

This is a delightful little hotel on a Venetian square, near St. Mark's, gondola tours, restaurants and cafes, and pretty much anything else you might want. It is beautiful & perfectly maintained. It is both historic and up-to-date--lots of electrical outlets and excellent wifi. Best of all is the staff, who are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating, but never at all overbearing. Very highly recommended.

The room was lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately the a/c wasn’t working well on our visit. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The staff was exceptional! We will definitely recommend this hotel.

My SO and I booked Hotel Santo Stefano for the first night of our arrival to Venice. We chose this hotel for its proximity to our next hotel, as well as for all the wonderful ratings. Based on our prior experience staying at other 3-star properties in Europe, we had totally expected this to be a budget hotel. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by everything here upon arriving and checking into the room, and I had really hoped to give this place a 4.5- to 5-star rating had it not been for 1 thing that completely ruined our experience here. The front desk was very friendly and thorough with the check in process. The hotel actually has an elevator - albeit very small, and we appreciate not having to drag our luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor even if the elevator was crammed with just 2 adults and 2 suitcases. We were honestly blown away by the aesthetic and cleanliness of the room and the bathroom that is fully updated. Everything actually feels like an upscale hotel that is above a 3-star property, except, of course the room and bathrooms are quite small as would be expected in Europe. The bedroom even comes with an ample amount of outlets for charging electronic devices! Internet also works really well and fast. The unfortunate thing that happened and completely ruined our stay was that the room was infested with mosquitoes. We did not open any window after checkin

Frukosten var helt klart värt att betala för och verkligen så god frukost. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Bra sängar och fräscht badrum. Rummen är dock väldigt lyhörda, inte ut mot gatan men till grannar över, under och ut i trapphuset. Man hör ringtonen när grannar ringer.

The hotel was spotless, very cleaned rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily if you wish. There is a fridge in the room. Electricity is powered by a card. Air conditioning is on from the end of April only. A mosquito plug in is provided. Room was a bit hot for me as heating was on automatically (start April) but the lovely staff provided a fan for the room and a special mention to Claudia for making sure that the heating was off for the rest of our stay because it was too hot for me, she really went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable. The bathroom is top quality fittings and fixtures, lovely quality towels and bedding. The staff Lilia and Romina went to do much effort with a beautiful birthday surprise and special cake request for my daughter's birthday, which was so thoughtful. This hotel is in an amazing location, everything on your doorstep but still peaceful. Honestly, I would absolutely come here again and hope we can return one day. Grazie mille

The room was clean and I had a beautiful view of the piazza, however, if you have the window open, you will experience the sounds and smells from the street. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful to a fault. It is a small hotel with a small elevator; if it happens to be busy or out of order when you are arriving or leaving, the staff will help you get your luggage up and down the stairs. When you are booking pay attention as to if your washroom is an en-suite or includes a private washroom outside your room-it may be easy to miss that. I picked a room with a separate private washroom and had a great experience. The hotel is very well located, and you can easily and quickly get everywhere in the city. I enjoyed my time at Hotel Santo Stefano!

This is a lovely little hotel with a bed and breakfast kind of feel. The location is excellent, and we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms are all decorated differently in Venetian style, but the beds all have nice white linens and are very comfortable. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. There is a spiral staircase that can be difficult to navigate, especially with luggage, but there is also a small elevator available.

A wonderful stay. The rooms are in perfect order, heating and air conditioning not noisy. A family run hotel, close to everything, yet very quiet at night. The staff is simply amazing, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is to die for! I would return to this hotel tomorrow!

The hotel is small and quaint. The location is nice to sit outside in the square. The staff is exceptional and super helpful. The breakfast is worth the price with many options and made to order eggs. Highly recommend it.

Fantastisk venlig og behjælpelig personale. Charmerende lille hotel ved en hygge plads i det ellers travle Venedig. God og billig morgenmad kan tilkøbes. Eneste minusser er at der er meget lydt og intet varmt i badet om morgenen.

For me location is the most important part. Here, the location was very good. Piazza de San Marco, the heart of Venezia is only 10 minutes walk. Received excellent service from Claudia and Romona. Breakfast was good.

Beatuful 800 Peachtree Street, NE year old Hotel, spacious shower, lift, comfy bed, excellent breakfast and very excellent staff!
