バンフからバンクーバーに車移動の中継地として1泊。ハイウェイからすぐで、スーパーなども車で近いので便利だった。 かなり古い建物。部屋の隅に髪の毛やほこりが溜まっていて，掃除が行き届いていないのが残念。

コンビニも近いし便利です　簡単な朝ご飯も用意されています　アメニティ(シャンプー　リンス)は充実していました

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Loved the underground parking. The breakfast variety needs to be improved.

Breakfast was good except the waffles ran out

The breakfast was ok, average, however the space is too small for the number of people they have staying on weekend. The lines were long, at a variety of times, no staff were cleaning tables, people did not have anywhere sit to and eat. It was extremely chaotic and messy. The gym is your average small hotel space. But, unfortunately there is no fresh water. They have a container with water sitting out, in the smelly gym that appears it has been sitting for days and not changed or the container cleaned. The equipment has layers of dust and floor is extremely dirty. Does not appear taken care of at all. There is a container of lysol wipes for guests to clean the equipment they are using. The stench was horrible.

The mattress in room 420 at the Kamloops Wingate hotel had divots in it causing a person to be very uncomfortable. Mattress needs to be replaced with new one. I would not recommend or return to this hotel because of this. Thanks

Breakfast was great, hotels dont do a proper breakfast enough anymore and proper breakfast includes bacon eggs and sausage and waffles this one did !!! Wingate is a name ill be lookingfor when in travel , bed was comfy, rooms were fairley soindproof

Overall a very comfortable stay. Lighting in the rooms is a little challenging, but the bed was comfortable and the facility was clean.

Clean property and rooms. Comfy beds! Hot ub and pool were quiet and clean. Friendly and efficient staff.

Nice helpful staff when checking in Pool was great although jets on hot tub were not working Rooms clean and quiet Breakfast amazing. The wooden recyclable cutlery is terrible. Cannot cut through the waffles or bacon A reminder to patrons it’s breakfast not shopping for a weeks worth of groceries!!

Not much contact, but no complaints. Good service.
