Not bad, but no soundproofing or private hot tub as stated on this particular room booking (Double/Triple).

Very relaxing, not too busy even in the middle of august we had no trouble getting a sunbed any time of day. Excellent service and polite, happy staff. Buses to rhodes available down the street for €2.50 and walking distance to the main streets for restaurants and drinking establishments. Room was always keep clean and a/c worked well. Breakfast was a good spread and choice for vegetarians too - not very vegan friendly though. All in all it was a fantasic break and we are happy we chose madison boutique!

The best part of my stay at Madison was their superior customer service. The hotel is a family owned property & they passionately care about the comfort of each guest. The complimentary breakfast each morning is great & this property also serves lunch & late night food at a very fair price. The hotel is a comfortable walking distance to the main part of the town!

Familierom har balkong ut mot gårdsrommet og ikke utsikt/grønt område. Det var på bakkenivå og ikke særlig privat. Rommet i seg selv var stort og fint. Veldig hyggelig familie som drifter hotellet. Frokosten var ikke særlig imponerende. «Juicen» smakte vann. Uteområdet er veldig fint og beliggenheten er utmerket. Rolig, men i nærheten til alt. Vil anbefale denne plassen, men frokosten trekker ned.

Mein Partner und ich hatten da eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Das Hotel liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Lage in Faliraki. Das Frühstück ist super und die kleine Poolanlage hat uns auch sehr gefallen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Läden zum shoppen, Restaurants und Bars. Der Strand ist auch wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles wunderbar!

Aivan loistava hotelli. Ihanin henkilökunta mitä olen koskaan tavannut! Saimme todella hyvää palvelua ja kaikki sujui hyvin. Menemme ehdottomasti seuraavalla Falirakin matkalla tänne uudelleen.

Lovely family run hotel with amazing relaxed athmosphere only few minutes walk from the center

Camere spaziose e nuove.

The lobby and pool area were clean and good but the rooms were not very clean. We had sand and dust in the bedsheets. There was no real door to the bathroom just a glass door and you heard everything.... not quite relaxing. The breakfast and staff were very friendly and kind. Short walk to faliraki main street and the beach.

I rate the hotel on the quality of sleep we had, which was BAD. The hotel was clean, staff nice, room large and decent. Nice safe neighborhood away from the beach and the strip but also easily walkable. Our sink was clogged when we arrived and they drained it immediately. Phew. The problem was the air conditioner which would lightly blow coolish air and shut off completely and randomly all night. ( which explains the single sheet as a bed cover - which was still too much warmth). Opening our patio door was not an option because our room was located in a courtyard that was lit up as bright as daytime and there was no airflow in our direction. Also the walls are thin. At midnight our neighbors headed out to party. We had the honor of hearing them prepare for their night out. We also got to listen to them arrive home at 4:30 and prepare for bed. Thankfully, that didn’t take too long and was less enthusiastic. Breakfast was nice but appeared to be running out an hour prior to breakfast service ending. All the cheese, vegetables and yogurt were picked over by 9 am and the fresh fruit was just about finished. We had a slice of banana cake that was delicious and my son took the last boiled and fried egg. When we stood up to leave I noticed some guests where offered new yoghurts so I assume there was more food if you asked. But we eat small breakfasts so it didn’t matter to us.

The swimming pool and the staff are fantastic

We booked very last minute and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The property is immaculately clean and tidy, nothing is to much trouble, Would definitely come back

Wonderful boutique hotel within walking distance to pretty much everything, but far enough away to be nice and quiet in the evenings. Staff were very friendly and the pool area was very nice and clean. ευχαριστώ

The hotel and grounds were beautiful, felt like luxury. They maybe could get some more sunbeds as I imagine they will run out in the summer and maybe some cups for the rooms but apart from that it was a lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Ich habe lange nicht in einem Urlaub so viel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit erlebt. Das Hotel hat für mich ein überduchschnittliches Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber, haben tolle Betten und sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz ist gleich am Haus. Das Frühstück bot alles was man braucht. Die Außenanlagen waren immer sauber und gepflegt.

Very Friendly Family run small hotel ,very clean and good location close to town centre.

L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Faliraki e a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia (comunque per il mare più bello occorre spostarsi). Il personale è sempre stato cordiale e disponibile a fornirci indicazioni; inoltre ci hanno lasciato la camera qualche ora in più senza supplemento. La colazione è abbastanza varia e continentale basica (salato caldo e freddo, qualche dolce, pancake. cereali, marmellata miele e cioccolata, presente ottimo yogurt greco! macchinetta automatica per validi cappuccini, un solo succo di frutta) L'albergo è nuovissimo, c'è una bellissima piscina, ma non troverete l'ascensore. Le camere sono spaziose e moderne, con una discreta pulizia giornaliera.

This hotel was just as it looked in the photos - clean, modern, stylish. The location was pretty good - 5 min walk to the beach/centre, bus stops just down the road for getting to Anthony Quinn Bay, Lindos etc. Also, we didn’t realise breakfast was included so it was a nice surprise to have that each morning and to a pretty good standard too. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was great. Location is also great. Very pretty view and a lovely balcony. Couldn’t be better
