部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫やケトル、金庫が備わっていた。シャワーのお湯と量も問題なし。 窓からはサンクリストバルの丘が見えた。 場所は少し最寄り駅から歩きますが5、6分なので許容範囲。周囲の治安も良さそうだった。

2024年9月に二泊しました。地下鉄Manuel montt駅から徒歩5分程度で、明るい時間であれば周辺は学生さんが多く治安面の不安は感じませんでした。 建物は比較的新しく、手入れも行き届いていますが、清掃後の部屋に髪の毛が残っていたので、人によっては清潔感が気になるかもしれません。 設備はシンプルで、ヘアドライヤーはフロントで借りるかたちになります。 朝食はパン、チーズ、ハム、トマト、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ヨーグルト、フルーツなどひと通り揃っていて美味しかったです。 スタッフは皆さん親切に対応してくださいました。また、日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいて安心して過ごせました。 またサンティアゴを訪れる機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

The room.was fine and clean. There are plenty of stores, cafes, great walks, restaurants and nice neighborhood. The staff were very forthcoming and we.apptrciated their help. Our sole complaint is that the broken elevator must get fixed. It took us over 20 minutes to get an elevator with room enough for us for.check in this morning.

This is by far the best value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perhaps one of the best in Santiago. It is located in a quiet and safe street, surrounded by restaurants and stores. If you ever stayed at The Chandler Hotel in NYC, the Capital Bellet Hotel exceeds it in value by miles. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Santiago.

Achei o hotel muito bom no geral. Cama boa, banheiro bom, tamanho confortável. Porém, tive algumas coisas que fiquei incomodada. A água quente não estava funcionando em um dos dias e tinha um dos elevadores quebrados durante toda a estadia, o que demorava muito o deslocamento de andares. Fora isso, Excelente hotel e localização

Excellent customer service by The front desk staff , they answered all my questions, gave me information regarding activities and attractions nearby , they called a taxi to the airport, I will stay at Capital Bellet next trip to chile

Great service from staff (front desk, restaurant waitwra and cleaning staff) . My room was nice. Bathroom was clean but a little samll. (I got used to it quickly). Location was great! I felt safe. Great restaurants, bars and stores near by. Metro and bus stops also are nearby.

It was very nice staff .Rooms were very clean ans spacious. Quiet nights .cero drama. Love to stay again.

Quarto, equipe, comodidades excelentes, portanto recomendo! Só existiram 2 problemas que prejudicaram bastante. Só tinha um elevador funcionando com o hotel lotado, então foi muito ruim as entradas e saídas. Outro ponto que precisam melhorar é a água quente, pois em vários dias acabou a água e não tinha vazão suficiente e tivemos que tomar banho gelado. Ainda bem que estava bem quente em Santiago!

Room was clean But air cond was noisy and not cold enough Only one lift is working so each time going up and down will take very long to service all the guest. On the second day, the room and toilet had a “drain” smell, it went off after we took shower.

O quarto e o hotel são bons, todavia, apenas um elevador para um hotel de 14 andares, é impossivel! As filas para o elevador eram grandes e demoradas.
