2020年3月上旬に二泊しました。 シティゲート近くにあり、バスやタクシーからのアクセスは抜群。 またフロントの対応が非常に良く、また泊まりたいと思えるホテル。 オフシーズンのためか、15,000円ほどで一泊できとても満足できた。

一人旅行で利用しました。ホテルの皆さんは、英語の不自由な私にフレンドリー？に親切に対応してくださった(と思います)ので安心して過ごすことが出来ました。 1月上旬でしたが、エアコンはほとんど使わないまま暖かく過ごすことが出来ました。(蚊に刺されました...) 街の入り口からすぐで、バスターミナルにも近く、ホテルに戻って一休みしたりと、本当に観光には便利でした。 朝食も、レストランも美味しかったです。 またマルタに来ることがあればぜひ利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

シティゲートの中でバスターミナルに近く、どこに出かけるにも便利です。フロントに良いレストランや両替などに関していろいろ聞きましたが、丁寧に教えてくれました。また、ホテルの3階の共有テラスからは、シティゲートやリパブリックストリートが、見えます。ホテル主催のミニパーティもあり、快適に過ごせました。部屋は１７世紀のイタリア騎士宅後なので、騎士団長の宮殿で朝食をとっている気分が味わえます。

ホテルスタッフは親切で、周辺の観光スポットも丁寧に教えてもらえました。 紹介された観光スポットはとても良く、マルタ島の素敵な思い出となりました。

ホテルがとても素敵でバレッタの街並みに相応しいホテルです。立地も大変よく、バレッタを観光するのにもうってつけの場所にあり、滞在中に困ることはありませんでした。ホテルのレセプションも親切で、言葉がわからない日本人にも理解しやすいように説明してくれます。滞在中に困ったことはありませんでした。タクシー乗り場や、観光スポットにも近いです。バレッタに滞在するのであれば、とってもお勧めします。

チェックインの時から歓迎ムードで接してくださった女性スタッフがずっと親切で嬉しかったです。他のスタッフも親切でした。 　夜、玄関のドアが閉まっているので、部屋のカードでロック解除をするのですが、それを知らされたなかったので、男性スタッフが開けに来てくれましたが、不機嫌な態度をとられた。前の日は笑顔な男性スタッフが開けてくれましたが。

Great location close to the pedestrian area and walking to the restaurants. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful place. A fantastic hotel which was a quiet haven in the middle of busy Valetta. The staff and service were the best we’ve ever had anywhere! So attentive and helpful. We particularly loved the fact that the senior managers took the time to speak to guests at breakfast each morning, asking them about their plans for the day and making suggestions on places to visit. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel is simply stunning. The rooms were outstanding. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom had wonderful Penhaligon toiletries and the room was so quiet.

Location was perfect. The staff were super helpful and so nice. But also the hotel was very well maintained and such great features. Highly recommend

Central location meant the rooms overlooking the pedestrian road could be a bit noisy. Excellent staff gave positive assistance with itineraries and generally couldn’t have been more helpful. I enjoyed breakfast from an extensive menu being served to me for a change. We found a marvellous restaurant (Giannini) 10 minutes walk from the hotel which was quiet, great food and view - we went back 4 nights. Malta itself was a great venue but the advent of cruise ships disgorging hundreds for the day makes these places more difficult to enjoy. We experienced the same on Madeira. 27/4 - 4/5 2026. Rum 32, våning 3 = samma våning som stor takterass, vilket vi utnyttjade med lyxkänsla. 2 personer. Läget är otroligt(!) bra på den stora huvudgatan - nära till den stora busstationen (= navet) samt alla sevärdheter inom Valletta. Inget buller på natten! Vi köpte 4 dagars busskort, inklusive båttur till Gozo - perfekt. Rummet i stil med huset i övrigt - snyggt. Hyfsat tryck i duschen. Modern TV ca 55 - 60 tum. Väldigt trevlig personal - de gör det lilla extra (är erfaren resenär). Utmärkt hotell - värd sina 4 stjärnor!

This small, intimate hotel is an absolute gem! The staff is kind and attentive. The interior is gorgeous. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The manager, Moul, stops by each table at breakfast to ask how you are doing and if you need any help with your plans for the day. He gave me great advice regarding transportation and how best to plan my days of sightseeing. Although it is on the busy Republic Street, once you are inside the doors, you are in a different world. I was not bothered by any street noise in my room. Overall, a wonderful experience. Be sure to read up on the history of the hotel before your stay. You'll be very impressed. If you're looking for old world charm and impeccable service, do not miss the opportunity to stay in this lovely hotel!

Lovely stay as a solo female traveller. Great breakfast and perfect location. Only thing missing is access to a pool. My room had an interior courtyard view, but was lovely. Bathroom is a bit cramped but has all of the necessities. No compliants. Staff was excellent.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Valletta. The staff is incredibly endearing and helpful. Lovely location, easy to find even with pedestrian-only streets. I tried to book the spa, but it was not available. Lovely breakfast included. Lovely terrace, only thing missing is a pool or hot tub!

The word perfect comes to mind. Excellent staff. Great location. Beautiful hotel. Nothing to regret or complain about.
