部屋が暑く、温度調節が出来なかった。部屋の掃除の時間が早く、滞在中に来たりした。

ベオグラードの中心街で博物館の手前にある便利さ。接客は大変フレンドリー。歯ブラシはリクエストが必要ですが無料。トイレはウォッシュレットがなく、気になる方はシャワーで。朝食はおススメ。ドアが開くので夏場は選択したトップスがすぐ乾くが、網戸がないので注意。蚊はなし。

Such a lovely hotel clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing —helpful and friendly! The location is amazing — very central and convenient to all sights.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The location is excellent, on a pedestrian street parallel to Knize Michail Street, 2 with shops and cafes, which leads to the park and Kalmagedan Castle. The hotel is adjacent to the National Museum of Serbia. The hotel design is modern, clean (except for the towel drying rack, which was dirty), rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is reasonable, the selection hardly changes from day to day (which is the case in most hotels). The staff is very generous, they took care of all the requests and questions we had. Cons: The mini bar did not cool at all and we did not receive a response to this issue. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Perfect location, free entry to the fabulous museum, walkable city, safe location

It is a great hotel. Great location - the museum, the theater are next door. They give you free tickets to the National museum. Staff is very nice. Problems: 1. You could not come with a car to the hotel and nothing can be done with it. 2. There are renovation in the neighboring area. 3. They need to have more people working during breakfast. But the breakfast is very good.

Convenient and friendly

We booked two rooms for our stay and it was great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast spread was quite good as well. And the location is hard to beat!

Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, súper amables y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea. Ubicación perfecta. La habitación súper limpia y cómoda. Desayuno muy rico con muchas opciones.

Hotel muy bien localizado, la habitación un poco pequeña. Tiene un buen desayuno. Tenian el aire acondicionado apagado y hacia calor en el cuarto. Cuando pagas deseas comodidad sobre la sustentabilidad.

Hotel is behind the National Museum, at the Republic Square. Although public transportation is free in the city, we prefer to walk. Fortress, called as KaleMegdan is approximately 700 meters. I strongly recommend you visit there. As we are family, we booked Suite Room, having two toilets, one king size bed, a sofa bed and room is 36 meters. There is a complementary afternoon snack from 12:30 to 14:00. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:30 and it is fine.

One of the very best and most clean hotels in Belgrade. The staff are very polite, professional and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely reconsider whenever we’re in Belgrade

Ett kanonhotell mitt i centrala Belgrad. Nära till allt. Rent o fint. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost!! Rekommenderas!

Aunque la habitación era un poco pequeña, estaba muy limpia y organizada. El hotel es muy céntrico, el desayuno muy bueno y el presionado muy atento y servicial.

The hotel is clean, located in a great area, quiet and easily accessible. There was an issue that arose that was not the fault of the property, but the General Manager Ivan--who is a real professional---handled it smoothly and showed genuine concern for the quality of experience that I had. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Bien ubicado. Nos dieron gratis pases para el Museo Nacional de Serbia, está justo a un lado.
