チェックイン、チェックアウトのスタッフはとても感じがよく、部屋の清掃も行き届いており、心地よく過ごせました。 シャワールームの排水がうまく出来ず水が溜まってしまったことは残念でした。 しかし、部屋の清潔感、駅の近くであることからもまた利用したいです。

アントワープ中央駅からすぐの場所にあり、列車移動の際に最適です。施設は清潔で、スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧です。 駅側の眺望ありの部屋を選択したので駅のホームが見えて旅情をそそります。

Un hôtel situé à proximité immédiate de la gare centrale d’Anvers mais à une demi-heure à pied du centre historique et des principaux musées. Hôtel moderne, anonyme, dépourvu du moindre charme. Pas même un bar en période estivale. Bon petit déjeuner.

Wonderful hotel just a hop from the station. It has this amazing scent which is truly relaxing. Reception staff and cleaners were wonderful people. Room was beautiful and comfy. Loved this place:

Dejlig hotel med fremragende morgenmad- eneste minus var personalet som var hjælpsomme men meget lidt smilende. Der var en hyggelig gårdhave som desværre ikke blev holdt rent som ellers var standard i resten af hotellet - vi manglede at askebæger blev tømt og stole tørret af efter et stort regnskyl

Our second stay at this hotel located opposite Antwerp Central Station. The room was spacious and spotless and the public areas inviting. On our last night a “open access “ party at an adjacent property caused considerable noise pollution in our room, the house manager responded quickly and offered us an alternative room on the opposite side of the premises and on a higher floor which we were happy to accept. We would be happy to stay here again for a third visit.

Wonderful hotel

Very convenient location just steps from the Antwerp Central Train Station and within 1-2, 4-5 blocks of food and entertainment, including China Town. Looking to stay here again in the near future.

De kamer was schoon en netjes. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. De bar zou misschien iets eerder open kunnen gaan.

Great location, really clean and well designed environment. Breakfast was especially great!

What caused us frustration and dissatisfaction was the fact that the hotel did not offer room service or restaurant service on Sundays, precisely the day when businesses are closed

Absolutely first class from the time we entered. Only stayed one night but everything was perfect. Loved the slippers as I hate walking around barefoot! Even Martini & Gin available for breakfast, sadly didn't participate. Thank you, this hotel is a credit to your company. X
