旧市街にとても近いというわけではないですが、徒歩でも行ける距離で、部屋もきれいで広々していました。 サウナやジムもあり、コスパがとてもいいホテルです。 宿泊者は入口のコーヒーマシン（お茶有）とお水のサーバーが24時間自由に使えて便利でした。 フロントや朝食レストランにいたスタッフの方も親切で良かったです。 ＜朝食＞ 一般的なビュッフェ形式にプラスして、料金に含まれているオーダー制のメニューがいくつかあります。 オムレツとトーストにアボカドとポーチドエッグをのせたメニューを食べましたがとても美味しかったです。 他のビュッフェ形式のメニューも品揃えが豊富で、3日間利用しましたが、飽きずに楽しめました。 ＜立地とアクセス＞ 旧市街とワルシャワ駅の間くらいに位置するホテルで、どちらへ行くにもとても便利でした。 ワルシャワ駅からはトラムで2駅、旧市街へはバスで3駅くらいで、どちらも徒歩でも行けます。 徒歩圏内にワルシャワで有名なうどん屋さんや、評判の良いポーランド料理のレストランがいくつもあり、食べるものにも困りませんでした。 同じく徒歩圏内にポーランドで有名なチョコレート屋さんのカフェなどもあり便利です。 ホテルの入口が大通りの裏側にあるので、ほんの少しだけ見つけにくいですが、入り組んだ場所にあるわけではないので、一度見つけられれば問題ないです。 またワルシャワへ行った際はぜひ利用したいホテルです。

部屋は広く、かなり綺麗。クローゼットは剥き出しのタイプ。クロゼット横の引き出しは開けられるのが２つ。冷蔵庫も別の引き出し内に設置されている。浴室はシャワーのみだが広く、お湯の出も排水も問題なし。水漏れもない。毎日、テーブルに無料のペットボトルの水が2本（1本は炭酸水）供給される。窓に薄手のカーテンしかついていないが、スイッチで開閉式のブラインドーを上げ下げできる。ホテル内のエレベーターは部屋のカードキーをタッチしないと動かない。朝食なしだったが、ホテル近くに手頃なカフェや売店が多数あり、特に困ることはなかった（ちなみにホテルの目の前にある「Stara Kamienica」は一見高そうなレストランだが、割と手頃な値段でうまい酒を飲みながら食事できるのでお勧め）。ホテルの最上階にあるバーは眺めがよく、居心地がよい。カクテルは街中より8ズウォティぐらい高い程度で質も量も高く、メニュー通りの価格で別途サービス料を請求されることもなかった。ワルシャワ中央駅からスーツケースを引きながら歩いて10～15分ぐらい。旧市街まで徒歩20～30分ぐらいかかるが、途中に見所があり、カフェやレストランも多数あるので、食事がてら散歩すると思えば、特に苦にはならなかった。

It is highly recommended that the accommodation is perfect! It is brand-new.All of staff at front desk is friendly, kind,helpful, and happy people ,especially ladies.A restaurant serves good food and drink, comfortable atmosphere,a price is reasonable.The location is convenient to visit everywhere.You can rent a bicycle which is free and sauna is free as well.The whole building smells aroma 、shampoo,mist sauna etc....I'd like to describe about the hotel more.You must stay there!!

Great hotel! Modern & stylish, lovely staff, comfortable rooms, great beds and showers. Also a cute rooftop cocktail bar. Only feedback is that lighting is very dim and it was impossible to do makeup in the evening- bring your own LED mirror if you want to do your face.

Modern hotel, perfectly clean, location was perfect. Many bars and restaurants in close proximity. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was exceptional. Overall probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Overall, the hotel itself is great - excellent location, rooms, and cleanliness 👌 I also really like the idea of having a coffee machine available downstairs. However… there is a big BUT when it comes to the spa - or rather, the saunas. We took the lift down to the “spa” area (we just guessed it's there) and were met by… no one. There was already another guest there, just as lost as we were, and a couple of hotel staff standing nearby, chatting and completely ignoring us while we were clearly trying to figure out where to go. The other guest asked for help and was met with an offended reaction and finger-pointing, being told to go “behind the door”. Behind that door was simply a corridor with more doors (!). When we finally asked ourselves if they could explain where the saunas were, the response was again finger-pointing and “it’s there, I told you”. Only after pushing did we get vague, pointed directions toward changing rooms and sauna areas - still with no real explanation. Just finger-pointing, short answers, and lots of confusing signs on walls and doors. Honestly, this is not acceptable at any level of hotel. When we raised the issue at reception, we were simply told that they “don’t have staff downstairs”. My point is: whoever we encountered there was staff, and they were dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. I get that the spa is separate, but experiences like this reflect very poorly on the hotel itself and leave a bad impression.

Schone kamer en temperatuur was goed te regelen. Onbijt was ook erg goed.

Personal war unfreundlich, hat uns nie gegrüßt beim eintreten und verlassen des Hotels. Zudem haben wir ein premium Zimmer mit großem Bett gebucht (180cm), aber unser Bett war dann nur (160cm). Wir mussten insgesamt bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt m, 3 Mal das Zimmer wechseln. Wir können den Aufenthalt auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Für unsere nächste Reise nach Warschau buchen wir wieder im Sofitel.
