Very clean. Easy access. There are a lot of supermarket aound the hotel.

チェックインの際に、フロントスタッフ女性が白人女性の対応が終わり、私の番になったので、前に進み、チェックインをお願いした。しかし、「オラー」と言っただけで、黙って下を向き、キーボードをいじり続けていました。手作業が終わるのを待ってましたが、私のチェックインの対応をしてくれませんでした。結局隣にいた男性スタッフにチェックインの対応をしてもらった。スタッフ女性は、お客様対応マナーを習得していなかった。非常に不愉快でした。東洋人を差別しているのかとも思いました。

このホテルで3泊しました。部屋は広くて清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。

３回目の宿泊です。落ち着いた場所にあり安心して眠れます。施設も新しくフロントの応対もいいです。朝食の品揃えはさびしいですが。

Nice clean hotel in a good location. Parking is €14 per night which is quite dear. Optional paid street parking outside the hotel. Breakfast options are very minimal and doesn’t suit many dietary requirements. Asked for a glass of milk and towels and was told to come pick it up myself from the lobby as there was one staff on shift. Came downstairs and there were more than 2 on shift. Good location.

There was no place to put things from luggage like a dresser or shelf in closet. Food was wonderful but breakfast was the only available option in the hotel. Staff was lovely and helpful.

Basic room. Clean. Good quiet location. Easy access to metro. No safe locker. Some bottled drinking water would be much appreciated.

Unterkunft an sich top, sauber, Personal nett. Fußläufig bis in die Stadt. Aber auch die Metro um die Ecke. Ebenso Supermärkte, Bars und Kaffees.

Localização excelente, limpo, equipe receptiva, confortável, café da manhã muito bom e variado.

Hotel bien

Nettes Hotel, zu Fuß ca. 45 min. von der Innenstadt entfernt. Saubere Zimmer, große Dusche. Frühstück war nichts Besonderes aber im Preis inbegriffen. Servicepersonal an der Rezeption sehr nett.

Hotel so great for last night stay before flying back. I wouldn’t select the hotel if the purpose was to visit Lisbon

Good property to stay for few days

We liked everything about this hotek but the excellent service from the reception and breakfast room staff was outstanding. We got prompt and professional assistance for anything we asked for. The hotel is still fairly new and located in an area of Lisbon that has every convenience one would want in terms of restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. It was a ten Euro cab ride to the airport and the cost of the hotel was very competitive for the qulity. We are seniors so we resarch everything.

Ligger fint i forhold til Metro - lidt langt at gå til centrum. Fine restauranter i nærheden. Morgenmad ok. Rigtig fint hotel til prisen.
