美しい景色とフレンドリーなカウンタースタッフ。ホテルのあらゆる設備を堪能しました。

部屋もリゾートも快適でした。ビーチの景色、夕日、日の出は素晴らしかったです。滞在全体を通してとても楽しい時間でした。

ホテルはかなり古く、5つ星の基準を維持するために部屋を改装する必要があります。

- スタッフのサービスは本当に素晴らしく、親切でした。- 素晴らしい景色。- 丘の上に宿泊する場合は、シャトルに乗って部屋まで行かなければなりません (24 時間サービス)。幼児や高齢者と宿泊する場合はお勧めしません。- 建物が古く見えるため、少し怖い環境です。それでもとても静かで平和です。- 部屋は広くて清潔でした。しかし、カーペットの臭いはまだ残っています。- 枕がとても気に入りました。全体的に、このリゾートにまた来たいと思います。

とても親切でフレンドリーなスタッフ。

価格nの部分には価値がありません。スパゲッティの子供用と大人用のフェットチーニの量は同じですが、フェットチーニの場合はパスタの種類を変えるだけのように料金が2倍になります。大人2名、子供2名で宿泊すると記載されていますが、それでもタオルはあります。まだ追加料金がかかります。以前は歯ブラシが備え付けられていましたが、今は自分で購入する必要があります。 ベッドが高すぎて、お年寄りには登るのが大変です。ベッドのマットレスが高いのはなぜですか...昔はベッドのマットレスの高さがよかったです。

部屋にはWi-Fiがありません。しかし、回避策としてモバイルWi-Fiが提供されました。

スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。しかし、チェックインした時に部屋の床には砂がたくさんあり、シンクは詰まっていました。でも全体的には問題ありません。

We changed room from hillview (reason change due to bring infant together) to seaview. Seaview Room very spacious, clean, and tidy.

ビーチでのバーベキューの焚き火。食べ物は普通。カニの身は冷凍されているので新鮮ではない。私のお気に入りは塩辛いミディン。

Quiet & calm. Food kind of pricy. Overall, not bad.

Check in process are very slow. Cannot enter room on time. Waiting almost 1hour. Hotel policy should change check out should be after 2pm instead of 1noon.

1. The water for the bath tub was chalky. 2. The gym was locked. 3. The room service was slow. 4. Pressure water pressure in the bathroom sink was low. 5. The pillows were too soft, not supporting the head and neck when lied down. 6. The distance of the hilltop room is too far from the main hotel facilities. No direct covered walkway or corridor. Had to wait for vans every time.

Very happy staying there 🥰 have a great moment with my family 😍.

The buildings (standard balcony last block) and rooms we stayed are a bit running down. Very far from lobby and at night is creepy. Requested for rooms side by side (we booked 2 rooms) but receptionist said it 's unavailable. Sound proof is super bad, cannot rest and sleep well due to the noises from next door (children playing & shouting, whole family keep coughing). Cleanliness also need to be improved, I. E: the floor is sticky and bedsheet is abit sandy.

We had a pleasant stay at the hilltop double room with sea view, comfortable bed and stunning views. Only had some hiccups during check in, waited for 30 minutes- it could have been faster if more counters were opened. Breakfast/dinner were delicious. We would come back again for another family trip.

宿泊施設は写真通りで、広々としていて快適で、ベッドの下にエキストラベッドもありました。朝食の質と種類は、まだ改善の余地があります。

The resort looks exactly like the pictures. The room is spacious, comfly and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious too. Sure will come back next time.
