Had a pleasant stay at this resort. The landscaping is really beautiful. Great location that is near the beach. Because there is a very small number of rooms, the place never feels crowded. The Cendana restaurant serves great food. The breakfast, although ala carte, is decent. The only issue is that the Wi-Fi is not that great and there is no safe box in the room. Really good place to stay for its value.

Good, clean and spacious room. Strategic location, just a few minutes walking to the beach, cafe and restaurant. I really love the traditional styles and the garden. The pool is nice and private. I love spending time in the pool night and day. All staff is very friendly and helpful. But there was 1 staff mistreated me because he can't believe i'm staying there. I was in the pool with my husband and some other blues at the pool side enjoying drinks, meals. But he came to me and asking me questions why am I in the pool. I'm a local, and I was the only local. And this staff only came to me. But beside that, I had a great stay.

Very good customer service. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast is very delicious and filled us up for whole day. The deco is very much traditional Balinese. Location is very handy. Will recommend my family and friends to stay there. Love to come back to Puri Cendana. One of the best accommodations in Bali.
