The staff's are friendly but the room is dirty and all those items (hair dryer, remote control) need to be redeem from the receptionist. The worst is the air conditioner, it don't have any cool air but make the room more hot. The air conditioner will close automatically few times although the clock is off.

1.Bugs. many previous reviews have mentioned this problem so as to date, it has yet to be resolved. not 1 or 2, but many and they climbed up the bed whilst you were sleeping 2. the water pressure in room 507 was extremely low. you have to shower with a mix of very little cold water from the wall outlet and another small water from the (unadjustable heat) water heater shower head. 3. no view. you are just facing another unit of accommodation 4. WiFi only available at the reception 5. the lighting were very dim THE GOOD 1. you can park right in front of your unit so transferring luggage was super easy 2. kettle, mugs, nescafe 3-in-1, iron, ironing board were provided and much appreciated 3. children's pool 4. location is very good, at the centre of chenang 5. the few motels that provide parking 6. big family friendly - they have studio/ double/ 3-rooms apartments

It is a good stay for our vacations

Overall it was good. Aircon was making noise. Breakfast was very good.

The environment is good but for the Tropical Chalet is quite scary because it was a bit behind the busy city.

Air con have some issue, the light of the room should have better maintenance. Cleanliness can be improve.swimming pool is small and many people occupied at night.
