We checked in late between 7 to 8pm, was told the room is ready. In fact the room was locked in by other guest from inside, we were given a temporary room for 2 nights before we shifted to another available room. But the room was far below hygienic living standard, unhealthily disgusting. See pictures. Photos what you see in the website is deceiving, the property is already rundown, poorly managed. Service was bad right from the time of booking. Property Manager was not available and given the duty the the restaurant waiter, who do not have any authorities to fix anything. All the staff are just not capable to handle anything, but lip service. Food were terrible and expensive. Wifi speed is terrible too. Overall experience was horrible. Location is far from the main Road, in the fringe of central ubud, you need own transport but yet no parking available for guest who drives own car/rent. I checked out on 2nd night of 8 nights booked. Never ever choose to stay here.
