Kamar cukup luas dan memuaskan.

Saya pesan kamar dengan 2 tempat tidur awalnya dikasih kamar dengan 1 tempat tidur saja. Tapi karena saya menolak akhirnya mereka bersedia mengganti kamar yang sesuai dengan pesanan saya, walaupun sedikit melelahkan karena harus pindah dan berganti agen menjadi rainbow suites. Kami mengalami kesulitan untuk proses check in dan check out karena tidak ada bagian resepsionis jadi harus via telepon terlebih dahulu.

Kamar kurang terawat dan bau rokok. Gorden berbau apek dan banyak noda. Dapur kotor sekali dan tidak ada perlengkapan apapun, lemari es juga sangat kotor dan menjijikan, tong sampah penuh sisa makanan dari tamu sebelumnya. Sprei agak berbau dan nampak bekas tamu sebelumnya, kusut dan banyak rambut

Awalnya takut karena tidak ada receptionist hanya saja ketika sudah di kamar ngerasa lega. suasana nya enak kalau sama keluarga. kolam nya juga sangat ok. aman karena akses mau kemana-mana harus pakai kunci

So check in was suppose to be at 2pm. My friend and I arrived late at about 5pm so we waited for the agent for around 15 mins. After that when we got into our room, god please forgive me but the room was bad. Please understand that check put was suppose to be at 2pm so whoever was responsible to clean the room should've clean it. My friend and I just kept quiet but I for sure was really pissed off because I expected more and what more is that I was really tired. The agent just said sorry because they were really busy and have no time to clean. to me it's all just an excuse but I just smiled. Next, housekeeping was really bad. sometimes early, sometimes late. The toilet smells like shit sometimes they don't give the floor mat and also they didn't bother to give us mineral water just because we always boil our own water. Fine. I was just being patient as they were all foreigners. And also out agent didn't know how to communicate in english so it was hard. The housekeepers were also foreigners and were all male. Fine. What really pissed me off was during checkout. I wanted to check-out at around 2pm because well we checked in at 5pm so I was expecting the agent to consider checking out late and all he replied was "you check in late it's not my problem" bad don't you think so. Overall I was not happy with the room and also the people.

The service was so bad. And it was a complicated apartment on so many aspects. My boss hated this apartment

Please improve your service, room dirty, not in good condition, room smelly, equipment old fashion, bad service on how the owner look like don't really care with their room. No wifi.

This is my second time here. Firstly the management is bad. As I arrived, the room that I booking already full. But, we were given a big room then but need to move other room the next day because I booked 2 nights. Overall, it was nice and also great views. Also affordable price and will come again.

Spacious room and smooth check in

Price is decent, room is a bit old fashioned but I don't find it bad at all. Very comfortable, in fact. Strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Quite a few food and hangout spots nearby.

WiFi not available, room not clean, have insect in the toilet, not worth my money, please make a change eastern.

Overall ok but the check in process took quite sometimes.

Kamar Ok untuk keluarga dengan 6 orang bisa tidur kolam renang sangat ok dan anak-anak senang sekali kemana mana dekat ke bawah apartemen ada mall time square dan bisa belanja makanan di mall juga sangat ok dan murah recommended lah Yang kurang sedikit yaitu toilet nya agak bau saja selebihnya ok lah

when I check in the room wasn't ready meanwhile I had make a call 6h before to inform them. the room really unclean (I saw house keeping sleeping inside before we in) luckily they done it in 15m. furthermore, check out time wasn't really professional we need to wait 2h because I couldn't be able to call the manager. be careful for those has a morning flight you might be get a trouble for it since you need to wait the happy lazy manager because they will hold your key deposit.

- They didn't wash towels that used by the previous guests. - They didn't provide WiFi. - It was not very clean.

Cukup memuaskan. Tapi fasilitas Air Panas tidak berfungsi. Jaringan telpon tidak ada untuk komunikasi dengan penyedia layanan.
