総合評価とレビュー Sovotel @ Kota Damansara 16

This hotel is physically called JJ Boutique Hotel although it is owned by Sovotel. On Google maps it is JJ Boutique Hotel. The location in the middle of a busy commercial area is strategic. Sunway Giza mall is next door. Nearby is a 24 hour self service laundry shop. Room is comfortable and secure. There is a lift. Water dispenser available on level 1 corridor. Electric kettle and 2 glasses are provided. Water heater and aircon working fine. Towels are replaced every day. But the hotel should have provided hangers and mineral water bottles. The large screen TV doesn't seem to work. A piece of iron decor mounted on the wall has rusted. They could have painted it with vibrant colors. Part of the room floor around the bed is carpeted with an old rug which should be replaced or done away with. Overall it is a nice stay and I would stay here again.

Spacious room, clean and staff very friendly.

Took me one hour to find the hotel. Signboard not Sovotel, signboard another hotel name. Arrived at night, but lobby dark, no lights. Old run looking room, dirty carpet. Required deposit payment but no receipt issued.

Kamarnya luas dengan harga terjangkau dan bersih serta pelayanannya ramah dan tempatnya dekat banyak restoran dan kita aman deh masalah perut.

Our stay wasn't pleasant because: 1. The moment we step out from lift, can smell people smoking inside the building. Fire alarm definitely not working. 2. Room that was given to us was bad: Restroom's door handle is broken, toilet cover not attached, no lighting in restroom, carpet inside looks dirty, no toilet paper. Had to change room later. Staffs were helpful but the cleanliness should improve a lot. Not suitable for non smokers!

Di kamar karpetnya kurang bersih, tembok tipis omongan tamu kamar sebelah terdengar juga suara kendaraan yang lewat terdengar. Suara keran air kamar sebelah terdengar keras sekali dan kalau pagi antara jam 5 selalu terdengar suara mobil truk.

Never imagine, the first experience why can be so like that

Walking distance to Sunway Giza. Has a lift. Above HOMST (Chinese Muslim Restaurant), quite nice food. Next to Hakura bakery, nice pastry. But no dedicated car park and people liked to double park there.

Nice customer service and near to go for food.

Ok for short stay. TV channel very limited and poor reception. Parking is congested at day time and with charges except weekend. No breakfast.
