ドアに穴があいていて、中が透けて見える部屋だったので、紙を貼って防がなければなりませんでした

静かで落ち着いたロケーションです。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、ホテルは清潔です。地下駐車場または正面玄関の外に簡単に駐車できます。エバーウィン・スーパーマーケットまで歩いてすぐです。スーパーマーケットのすぐ外にはバス停があります。ケニヤラン・フードセンターとケニヤラン・マーケットへ向かう途中にある恐竜公園にもバス停があり、さらに徒歩5分の教会の隣にある小学校の向かいにもバス停があります。とても便利です。

スタッフがフレンドリーで、上の階にある部屋に物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれるよう頼んだところ、下の階の部屋を用意してくれたので、アクセスが快適になりました。市内中心部から離れているにもかかわらず、場所は良かったです。

ここは本当に素晴らしいです。特に女性マネージャーのエリカさんは親切で、とても気を配ってくれました。

居心地の良い滞在でした。とても楽しかったです。飲食店街、バス停、ショッピングモールにも近くて便利です。また来たいと思います。

値段が安いのでいろいろ制限されるのはわかりますが、衛生状態は非常に悪いです。ベッドのシーツやタオルが変色しています。床が汚れています。水の干渉を調整する

This hotel is 1.6km away from The Spring Shopping Mall, which was where I intended to go for Torabera acg fest and that's why I chose this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, quite small and not a lot of walking space so you might bump into things but it was good enough for my short two-night stay. The hotel reception was kind enough to let me check-in early in the morning since I arrived before dawn. It doesn't have a water filter tho. They only have two 500ml bottles of drinking water so if you need more you can buy from their convenience store inside. They also have their own restaurant inside. But overall I'm quite satisfied with my stay here.

The accommodation was okay. It was not really up to date but it was good enough.

Mengalami pengalaman yang tak baik malam tadi, guest sebelah salah masuk bilik kami, yang saya hairan kenapa kunci mereka dapat buka pintu kami. Safety lock pun tiada, kebersihan juga tidak memuaskan, bau asap rokok masuk bilik apabila guest sebelah merokok.

So far hotel room was good for me. Only 1 problem it is bathroom. The shower, water heater system unfunction.

Kelebihan bilik selesa, aircond perfect, shower heater ok, toilet ok. Stuff peramah, boleh parking di kawasan hotel. Kekurangan skit Iron kat luar bilik, tiada kettle (air panas disedia kat luar bilik). Yang lain semua ok.

Location is not bad if you have your own transportation. The room cleanliness can be improved. Lighting in the room also too dark for me. Bathroom/Toilet is too small for me. Overall is acceptable especially for this pricing.

Room lack of maintenance. Dirty

The room is small even I request for bigger room because ive booked for 3 times for the same room and my 1st book the room was big and the second time I booked the room was small and the third time the rooms was getting smaller. How can? Some more so noisy with the foot steps.

Very good budget hotel. Clean and strong wifi.

Bilik ok, cuma anjing dkt basement parking, tiba² kejar anak² saya, so sad, luka kaki dan tangan 😡
