Happy with my staycation for a night. Villas cleanliness and big space as expected. Helpful and efficient technician. Good jacuzzi and love the spa jet. But padi restaurant is closed. No breakfast no dinner. Must out for food or cook by yourself. Front desk staff was polite and patient attitude. Resort surrounding area need to be upgraded.

had a pleasant stays, free and 24 hrs access to hot spring. there are activities can be arranged by hotel but we haven't managed to try it out.

Rooms are good. Maybe an upgrade on kitchen. Service is slow. Food could be better.

Need to improve on cleanliness. Check to keep the toilets clean -When I checked in the room it was strewn with hair strands near shower, tap, sink etc. Management is so particular about Check-in only at 3pm & Check out is 12 noon. Why cant you assure to check the rooms whether they r in order?

The breakfast was horrible. It is as good as not serving. Was there 3 year ago and still no improvement. Room was dirty too.

the taste of the foods I ordered are terrible. room cleaning quite late. breakfast not so variety and its taste so-so.

The staff were very good and attentive. Facilities are new and properly maintained.

Upside: Friendly and helpful staffs. Nice facilities, especially pools! Nice and peaceful surrounding but away from town and basic amenities. Downside: Cleanliness really needs to be improved. Driving at night to/fro resort could be dangerous and scary with no street lights along the road.

Staf hotel yang mesra dan responsif, bilik yang selesa hanya kolam renang airnya sedikit berbau. Secara keseluruhannya memuaskan.

This is my second time hen to Suria hotspring and the satisfaction is good. Always the min reason me and families going there because of the hotspring and the calmness.

This resort suitable for family vacations. There’s are many facilities & games such ping pong, carrom, badminton, play room & playground. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much.. the environment so relaxing & inside the forests

Rundown hotel, the aircond covered by spider web when i enter the room, broken towel provided, bed sheet provided is with stain. Only Hot spring is good.

Semua ok. Boleh ditingkatkan lagi. Overall bersih tapi masih ada ruang untuk menjadi lebih bersih terutama di 1-kafe bunga padi, waktu malam dinding ada lebih dari 30 ekor cicak terutama di dinding belakang cashier dan pintu masuk ke dapur kafe 2- perabot bilik, luar bersih, tapi sebelah dalamnya terutama kabinet petisejuk ber sarang labah dan berdebu, tak di lap 3, lebihkan towel lantai terutama di bilik jakuzi villa.

Recommend for short stay... a little bit far from nearest town

Got free upgrade to Jacuzzi villa from them! Breakfast is nice and the pool is cleaned! Will definitely come back for short gateway!
