Shower working so well, strong WIFI, friendly staff, easy to find, close to food area

No elevator and they require tax per day around 12 Ringgit.

Lokasi hotel di tengah kota, mau cari makanan halal gampang, banyak di belakang hotel. Hanya untuk ke lokasi dutch square lumayan jauh kalau jalan kaki. Overall okelah.

Nyaman dan menyenangkan serta memuaskan.

Lokasi hotelnya bagus, dekat dengan rumah sakit bagi yang ingin berobat ke Mahkota Hospital, tidak ada lift, jadi usahakan dapat kamar di lantai bawah, kamarnya yang bermasalah, terasa bau apek, setelah seprai dan sarung bantal diganti juga tetap tidak sedap baunya. Tidak berminat untuk kedua kalinya ke hotel ini.

The receptionist was good. The room condition is unsatisfied because of the dirty bedsheet and pillow mattress. The water pressure is low and there is no hanger for the water hose(not hygienic). The wifi can't be connected at all and the tv only have 2 channels, and I can't even stand with the towel smell. The room space also very limited.

Good place and staff. Near Mahkota medical centre. Cheap and clean. I'll comeback to here every complement month for check up...

The staff is really kind. And that’s makes me felt a little more better. For the prices, there’s a lot of hotel/homestay around there that price lower and has better “outer appearance”, but because of the service of this hotel’s staff, I prefer this one.

The family room is a bit small and there is no hot water and water pressure is low but the staff are friendly

Bad experience. Poor customer service. The bed was still wet full of body hair. The air condition wasn't working for the first day.

Paling sedikit bisa pesan kamar yang ada jendella. Luas kamarnya. Hanya, tidak bisa bikin teh atau kopi dan wifi tidak nyambung-nyambung. Selain itu.. Yah cukup nyaman.

Ya hotel nya lumayan lah, tidak bersih amat alas kasur dan lain-lain nya tapi rapih, wifi cukup kencang dan lancar. Kalau menginap di hotel ini untuk berobat ke mmc cukup memuaskan karena dekat dari rumah sakit nya dan untuk cati makan gampang
