スタッフは親切で対応も迅速でした。

チェックインは自分でしなければなりません。自動販売機を使ってください。スタッフが手伝ってくれるとはいえ、少し分かりにくいかもしれません。

良い、最高、そしてクール。何でも欲しいと思えるくらいだ。

価格に見合った広々とした部屋。建物は古い学校風ですが、清潔感は十分です。

Dalam sistem mention early check in, tapi bila sampai hotel tak boleh masuk awal, tandas kotor, bed sheets dan tuala pun kotor. Kolam tak buka dah, so boleh buang drop facilities. Anak-anak kecewa.

Banyak pijat, gatal, tak boleh tido

Setiap ke lumut selalu nginap di sini, staf ramah-ramah strategis dan sunyi damai banget, top banget deh 👍.

Nyaman buat saya di hotel ini, setiap ke Lumut selalu stay di sini 👍.

Good to stay for family but swimming pool unable to use.

Room was dirty with cigarette butts under the beds. Clearly not swept thoroughly. Window facing air well where air con compressors are mounted on. Beds are not comfortable at all.

Less price. Environment was quit and clean. Friendly indian girl at front office (didn't remember her name)😋. Only issue was toothbrush and toothpaste was missing and the pool was closed. Sure will visit again!

Sebelumnya, Hotel Flamingo. Semenjak tahun 2000 dah menetap di hotel ni. Selepas 20 tahun, keunikan hotel ni semakin malap. Sedih tengok keadaan hotel semakin usang. Saya harap, ikon Sitiawan ini akan ditambah baik. Semoga ada pihak yang boleh ambil perhatian. Bangunan hotel ni besar, sayang kalau diabaikan. Terletak betul-betul di tengah bandar Sitiawan. Kedai makan mudah diakses.

This is hotel strategic in the middle of town and easy to move. The receptionist is very friendly and warm welcoming. My concern is only the room, bit smelly and not accommodating.

Layan staf amat baik, bilik pun luas.
