Kolam best overall semua ok, boleh repeat lagi

Terbaik la, kolam besar, pantai pon dekat dengan bilik. Sesuai untuk berkeluarga, tak terlalu ramai dan jauh dari kesibukan bandar, insyaAllah akan datang lagi, terbaik!

Room not so clean, bathroom also not clean, but breakfast menu ok.

Staff sangat ok tapi kurang maintenance, banyak kemudahan yang tak diselia. Saya masuk bilik bersih, tapi masa nak buka peti ais ada lipas dalam tu. Halau dan bersihkan peti tu guna tisu.

Hotel ini berhampiran dengan laut so kita boleh buat pilihan nak mandi kat swimming pool atau laut.

Check in late. Suppose to check in by 3pm but get the key at 4.15pm. The room also not clean and no desk manager come to talk and apologise for the lateness.

Lantai kotor dan banyak nyamuk.

Tempat yang selesa, tenang, jauh dari kesibukan bandar, staf yang peramah dan mesra pelanggan.

Salah satu bilik yang saya tempah dipenuhi dengan semut tengah malam dan kami terpaksa memanggil room service untuk membuat penyemburan pada waktu paginya. Bilik yang saya menginap mempunyai bau yang kurang menyenangkan. Walaubagaimanapun swimming pool besar dan selesa untuk kami mandi manda dan harga tempahan yang kami dapat amatlah berpatutan.

Facilities and staff everything ok. Bilik banyak semut api kalau wakti malam, no wif .😢

I went to Felda hotel with wife and 4 kids, and we got a very spacious room with a balcony facing the sea. The hotel was clean and quiet as there was not much going on here. People were friendly. Food outside the hotel was difficult to get as not many warong/restaurant available. The beach was very nice with smooth sand and shallow water which was a book for my kids.

Pros : A part of Malaysia I have never been. Great for milkyway photography. An alternative to busy Mersing. The environment is clean and so are the room. Had good night sleep. Cons: The location is perfect for a quiet getaway and that means transportation is not exactly easy. The swimming pool is beautiful. Pity it is not kept clean. In fact really dirty and one cannot use it. The breakfast is passable at best. You will be filled but definitely not at a level you'd expect of a 'resort'. Really nothing to do. Good for those who wants a bit of quiet respite but adventure seekers? Head for the islands please. The fridge in my room was rusted out. Changed the room because of it.. Musty smell for the upper floor rooms. Really need to air the rooms once in a while.

swimming pool is spacious, room is ok, but have some stain on the bed, Beach is nice and beautiful.. only bad thing is the breakfast, better buy outside.. 9am already finish and not refill.

Selesa. Persekitaran yang indah. Boleh mandi-mandi di pantai atau di swimming pool. Bilik yang selesa.
