The things that I like about this hotel is the location is very strategic. It’s near to the airport and a lot of attractions and shops nearby. The staff also very polite and serve the customer very well. The only problem that I concern with is they should make room cleaner and for my room, I got no towels and aircond and tv remote control. I have to go ask from the staff. I hope in future they check every room and make sure it well prepare. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

Bagus ya tempatnya bersih harga juga terjangkau dekat dengan JPO pelayan ramah WiFi tersedia yang lebih seru 1 kamar bisa 3 sampai 4 orang, jadi hemat deh buat kita mami-mami cantik yang mau berhemat ria. 🙏

ห้องนอนใหญ่มาก จองผ่านในนี้ถูกกว่าวอร์คอิน แต่ในห้องไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ต้องออกไปขอ ไม่มีน้ำเปล่าให้ ไม่มีตู้เย็น มีแค่ห้อง ทีวี แล้วก็ห้องน้ำ ห้องนอนเหม็นกลิ่นสีมากๆ เหมือนเพิ่งจะปรับปรุงใหม่ นอนแล้วปวดหัวทั้งคืนเลย

Resepsionis kurang ramah, so far kamarnya oke untuk hotel budget.

1) Floor leaking (water) to our room from beside room. 2) No kiblat signs given. 3) Not enough lighting. only one light function well. other is can't be switch on. difficult to us for get ready / makeup. 4) Please sweep and ensure room is clean especially below hidden area with table. 5) no water bottle provide. need to refill by your own bottle at first floor. 6) bathroom condition is quite good 7) decorations for room is ok 8) reasonable price for area Bandar Putra Kulai 9) television no remote given. 10) receptionist no friendly at all. 11) check in 3.45pm but still need to waiting another 15-20mins because room is still under housekeeping. please improve.

Peralatan kurang memuaskan kerana saya dapat tuala yang dah koyak dan berlubang tapi masih boleh diguna, arah kiblat untuk agama islam tidak disediakan, ini menyukarkan penganut agama islam untuk solat di dalam bilik, harap pihak hotel menyediakannya untuk kemudahan orang yang beragama islam, terima kasih.

The worst hotel i’ve ever stay. Kami datang pk 12 malam, tp sebelum sampai di JB, pk 20 kami sudah telepon ke hotel utk memastikan bahwa kamar kami sudah ready krn kami akan late check in. Dan reception sdh mengkonfirmasi kamar dan bookingan kami (2 kamar standar). Namun begitu sampai di hotel dan check in kami ditawarkan untuk dijadikan 1 kamar ke family size (4 org). Saya katakan bahwa saya sudah konfirmasi bahwa kamar saya ada sesuai bookingan yaitu 2 kamar standar. Dan saya tidak mau dipindahkan ke dalam 1 kamar besar. Lalu reception menjwab bahwa kamar standar hanya tinggal 1 kamar. Setelah berdebat akhirnya kami tetap dapat kamar terpisah. Saat masuk kamar, kamar bau rokok, keset kaki di kamar mandi tidak diganti (bekas tamu sebelumnya), meja di lemari hampir patah, ada binatang seperti lalat di atas kasur, ada kecoak lewat, wastafel kamar mandi buntu, seprei yg tidak diganti. Sangat parah sekali.

We have booked 2 standard rooms and check in at 11pm. The staff told us the rooms housekeeping still when we arrive to proceed check in and requested us to wait. 11pm still under housekeeping? And please having someone or staff who can speak English or Bahasa Malaysia at least we can understand not only having the foreign worker to handle the receptionist service.

Not really bad. The hotel space is big but does not have table for laptop/chair, kettle, tea/coffee.

When i wanted to check-in the lady at the counter show me her i-don’t-know-what’s-going-on face. I told her that i booked via online and her kept asking me how much did i paid, what type of room that i booked. I showed her my booking, receipt and even email. Then she said the room is not prepared yet. I kept showing her all the booking proof from online and she suddenly said i can enter my room. If you insist to stay here, please double confirm with the hotel after you book via online. I had booked many times via online and this thing never happened before. At night, guys at the front desk are so loud and disturb our sleep as our room at the same floor as front desk. Not recommend for those travel with children. The only good thing is the price is affordable and just 10-15 minutes by car to the senai airport.

The check in was 1 hour late because they have gave out the room which was booked and trying to call the superior for a Solution. At last they gave us a different Family Room for 5 which was available. The Room were Clean.

Bilik sempit dan agak smelly, kemudahan tidak lengkap (remote TV tidak disediakan).

Environment good. Because easily to eat because have resto 24 hours and have supermarket 24 hours

以這種價錢住這樣的旅館已經很好了，很不錯。但是只有一個不好就是不可以叫旅館幫忙叫計程車。那個計程車簡直就是騙人的，不知道他的跳表器做了什麼手腳，短短十分鐘車程去飛機場，收了我們馬幣52。這樣我倒不如住飛機場附近，環境又比較好的旅館。
