マルヘン価格宿泊 ジョホール州タンポイにあるHOTEL S BEE BY HOLMES HOTEL。 日程：2025年5月30日～31日 料金：1泊RM117.81（税込）（トラベルオカ） 部屋：スーペリアツイン パーティーでジョホールバルに行きました。そのため、休憩のために格安ホテルに泊まりました。トラベルオカのアプリでこのホテルを選びました。到着時は静かで、カウンターには従業員が1人だけでした。 チェックイン - デポジットはRM50のみです。チェックイン時に確認のため、予約IDをオンラインで入力してください。 部屋 - 快適な部屋で、エアコンも良く効きます。スーペリアツインルームを選びました。シングルベッドが2台あります。トイレは清潔ですが、バスタブはありません。歯ブラシなどのアメニティは用意されています。石鹸とシャンプーは用意されています。ケトルとドリンク2袋も用意されています。シンガポール放送のテレビも見ることができます。 朝食 - 朝食パッケージを利用しなかったため、コメントはできません。 チェックアウト - チェックアウトの手続きは非常に簡単で、フロントでルームアクセスカードをお渡しいただくだけで、デポジットはすぐに返金されます。手続きも簡単で、スムーズにお帰りいただけます。 設備 - 宿泊客専用の駐車場はございません。ホテル周辺または正面に駐車場がございます。ホテルの外には、ママックショップやマレー料理レストランがあります。 その他 - このホテルは、予算内で快適に宿泊できるホテルです。

Please app take action against this hotel. When I was about to check in I understood that there was no room available and they claimed that I had registered a room in a different hotel even though I had made the payment last March. The hotel informed that it will return my payment within 3 working days. Please app take note of the matter.

Bilik luas dan bersih, harga berpatutan, cuma reception je selalu tiada di kaunter, nak check in kena tunggu lama, tak paham betul lah apa masalahnya

Room was okay, comfortable bed bathroom and shower. Easy to find and okay location. Two negative points: - someone else was in our room the night we were to check even though we were given the key card for that room. -check out time was listed as 12pm but after we came back from our breakfast at 9am our room card had already been deactivated, yet our belongings were still inside.

The hotel staff is very friendly and nice. The cleaner is surprisingly honest person. My friends accidentally left her iPhone and power bank at the hotel and we come back with clean room and no missing items. Thank you so much
