Sweater ketinggalan tapi tidak dihubungi kembali, padahal di message di IG dan di hubungi lewat email. Bahkan kami check out jam 10 dan masih kembali jam 2 untuk ambil koper, namun tetap tidak ada pemberitahuan kalau ada barang yang ketinggalan.

Great place for a short-stay. The cafe also provide good food. As it 's connected with another building, so it 's basically easy to walk around due to currently rainy season.

クアラルンプールの中心部に滞在する必要がある場合、ここは私の第一候補です。レストランやショッピングモールは徒歩圏内ですが、部屋だけで済ませたい場合は、ルームサービスやデリバリーサービスを利用できます（配達員と正面玄関で待ち合わせる必要があるかもしれません）。コーヒーハウスでは様々な料理が楽しめます。私はマッシュルームチャーハンといくつかのアラカルトメニューを試すことができましたが、料理の質とウェイター/マネージャーのサービスには本当に満足しました。シェルアウトも試してみたいのですが、チラシに記載されている午後7時まででした（午後10時までではないので、必ず確認してください）。最後に、ハウスキーピングサービスも本当に素晴らしかったです。部屋はきれいに掃除されていて、スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。全体的に、今後も良いサービスを提供し続けてください。いつか必ずまた利用したいと思います。

Bilik hotel yang selesa. Sarapan pagi yang sedap. Lokasi yang menarik ditengah Pusat Bandar Kuala Lumpur. Berdekatan SOGO dan kedai-kedai jualan yang meriah. Berpuashati.

the hotel was great, very clean and peaceful

Wifi was not available during my stay and they gave me a room with broken lamps everywhere. The room was also smelly and not in good condition with stains on walls.

stategic place & location. near to public transport...

Terpaksa tukar bilik 2 kali. Check in bilik pertama air singki keruh kuning, hot water not function, cermin almari retak. Bilik kedua sama hot water not function. Bau asap rokok dalam bilik. Then perlu tunggu hampir sejam di lobby untuk masuk bilik baru. Layanan staf OK. Maintenance KO.

great hotel... clean hotel... not to far from shopping complex

Our stay was great with quite a good spread of breakfast. except that the hotel do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste and that the beds were a bit high than normal hotel beds. The hotel is just 2 blocks away from Sogo and nearby masjid india. Specifically stayed here for our ease to shop at masjid india. Will consider staying here again.

Location wise is great since it was near to mall and food nearby. Parking is problem since no dedicated parking lot. Room quite old and not maintain properly.

Mula-mula sampai parking assisted by guard sampai ke petak parking. Check-in cepat. No depo need. View tiptop sebab bilik semua tingkat atas. Bersih dan selesa. Aku rekomendasikan kalau nak shopping area jalan tar.

Ok la tapi susah jugak lobby tingkat lain makan pagi tingkat lain parking tingkat lain.

Kamar enak dan dekat dengan mal.

Hotel yang baik, cuma peti sejuk rosak dan kecil, air hujan masuk melalui fix wall glass.

Great accommodation. The breakfast buffet price is reasonable, RM20 for an adult. Come here with family to attend a wedding ceremony nearby. Would look forward to stay there in the future.

Everywhere is just walking distance, great hotel, breakfast is delicious.

just check inn. we staying for 2 days. at first they gave us a room that's so smelly (cigarettes smell) have to get back to the reception and change to another room. but the room have bad views and the room feel empty. the feeling not grate. so is the air conditioning not easy to operate. it's not cooling enough. the single beds is not big enough compared to other hotel we have been staying. but the location is very good, center in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. I'm trying to spiral up my family mood for another day. keep praying for a good feeling. Alhamdulillah tq Allah for testing us. The staff very friendly.
