Friendly front desk receptionist. Near to restaurants. Strong wifi signal. Maybe can include electronic cattle for customers to make their hot drinks in the room.

Room is OK. Cleanliness is 3/5. Tower not clean (hair all over).

Just at par, and expected as how much it worth. safety quite good. I like the bed quite comfy If to compare with soho hotel nearby, i'd prefer this one for sure.

1. water pressure very very very slow...... 2. No iron at all. ironing place ready, but no iron. when ask them, they just said don't know who take it!!

The room is clean and tidy I'm really satisfied.

the air condition is leaking, kinda disturbing.

1) hotel is below average. OK for the price 2) no towel provided 3) tv channels are from over the air channels only. no satellite or cable tv 4) no drinking water heater. if you want hot drinking water, can take from dispenser at lobby 5) no lift. advisable to take lower floor rooms 6) hotel is in a wonderful location for business and leisure. many restaurants, convenient stores and stationery shops. batu caves is just 15mins drive away 7) double room size is average 8) our room has cigarette smell. but during booking i didn't request for non smoking room, so it's my fault 9) bathroom is small but has shower water heater. no complains 10) room has a table and chair. good for doing work with laptop.
