Night staff is so lazy … they just waste time of customer.

Very convenient with surrounding areas, restaurants, supermarket, shops are accessible by walk. The room was pretty decent, but unfortunately I got a pillow with a musty smell.

So far is good, with lower price & strategic location.

Dah bagi bilik salah bila nak extend caunter tak bagi budi bicara pon tak betul so sad. Tambah kat caunter kan boleh ni bagi lecehkan customer tukar bilik lagi. Hati-hati booking hotel sini. Tengok betul-betul

The accomadation are very nice to stay for traveller with long journey.

The young lady receptionist doesn't really care of the customer, she keep on phone call with her boyfriend, and also TV not work it, at night very noise the air conditioner from outside window, can not sleep at night, so noise also when the neighbor room take shower at midnight, early morning also very noise, banging door any how, I don't know whether the cs or the staff, and also normally every hotel room have 2 pillow, here only 1 pillow, another pillow charge 5RM, and everything is 1 and 1, never clean or change the toiletries, if we don't asked, s*cks.

Booked a room with windows cause I prefer room with sunlight and fresh air, but the room I got has at least 4 or 5 air conditioner compressors right outside the windows. It's very noisy and making the room hot, I shouldn't pay more for room with window.

Initially I called the person in charge during the night to give me a compatible socket as the water heater uses type “I” plug. She then gave me her word that they will give the socket straightaway. I waited until morning but they still not giving me yet. I went to the counter the next morning and address the issue. However, she being defensive and given me countless explanation without apologising first. I think the morning shift person was different than the person picked up my call night before. But still I was not satisfied the way she answered me.

-Refuse to upgrade room from single to queen.-no extra card given even asked.-only 2 TV channel provided. 1 channel broken.-air conditioner remote not provided.
