滞在してゆっくり過ごしたいなら、すべてが清潔で快適です。Wi-Fiもとても快適です。ホテルの近くにはレストランや庭園があり、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です❤️

全体的には良かったです。ただ、トイレの配管が漏れていて、受付と清掃員に聞いたところ、メンテナンスはできないと言われました。

部屋は良かったのですが、床にカーペットが敷いてあったらもっと良かったと思います。

女性スタッフは非常に不快な態度で、私が部屋の変更をお願いすると大声で怒鳴りました。このようなことが起こるととても気分が悪いです。マレーシアに行くときはいつもここでホテルを予約するのですが、今回は従業員の態度にがっかりしました。本当に最悪な経験でした。

i've check in and left out for awhile then came back to the room.. it like someone has entered my room and smoke a ciggy there.. no security what so ever. wasted

noisy hall walk way.. comfy bed. small room for single bed.. still smokey cogar aroma when enter the room..

Kurang selesa bila saya dapat bilik di level 1 sangat noisy bila pagi. Tak selesa houskeeping mungkin boleh berbual dngn nada yang rendah. Yang lain ok.

Ruangan bilik yang agak sempit dan parking kereta yang terhad.

Terrible! Towel koyak & kotor, cupboard dah rosak, bilik busuk, sempit & bunyi bising dr restoran sebelah. Remote tv & air cond made in china, langsung x faham nak tekan apa, adehh. Hotel kedekut! Tak payah la dok sini, nanti menyesal.

Hotel reception does not record my booking information immediately, they only get the information and help us to get a room when we arrive the hotel and would like to check in for our room

A good budget hotel for a night stay. Nice Environment. Room are clean. One thing is hard to get a parking, need patient to wait for it.
