The hotel is quite dirty, having very bad smell either in the corridor in front of the lift and the room also having terrible smell. The bath room is slippery. But the worst out of all is the service and hospitality from the hotel staff, the receptionist face are very sour, no smile, unpolite and very rude. They need to get 101 hospitalization training from the hotel. Management or any 3rd party trainer. We stay for 2D1N of 2 suite rooms but turn to be the night mare stay.
