今年初めにここに宿泊したのですが、ロビーのエアコンが故障していたことと、朝食の品揃えがいまいちだったことを除けば、それ以外はすべて問題ありませんでした。前回の朝食での経験から、今回は朝食を諦めました。前回と同じ部屋だったと思います。今回は以下の問題が発生しました。 1) 部屋でコーヒーを淹れるためにお湯を沸かそうとしたところ、ケトルに水を入れた途端、30秒も経たないうちにケトルの下からほぼすべての水が漏れ出てしまいました。フロントに報告したところ、10分以内に交換用のケトルを部屋に持ってきてくれました。交換用のケトルを持ってきてくれたスタッフは、ケトルのコンセントが故障していると教えてくれました。本当にありがとうございました。幸い、部屋にはコンセントが不足していませんでした。 2) 部屋のデスクで仕事をしていた時、デスクの横の壁にコンセントが2つありました。最初に差し込んだコンセントからは電気が流れていませんでした。幸いにも、2つ目のコンセントは機能していました。 3) ホテルのあるエリアでは最近、Touch n Goカード、クレジットカード、またはデビットカードで支払いができる有料駐車場システムが導入されました。Touch n Goカードはフロントデスクで認証でき、一度認証すると24時間有効だと説明を受けました。私が初めて訪れた時は、この駐車場システムが導入されていませんでした。出口は2つあります。入場は問題ありませんでしたが、一方の出口で降りたところ、駐車システムはオフラインで、ゲートが上がっており、タッチパッドはタッチインに使用したTouch n Goカードに反応しませんでした。当然のことながら、同じカードで後からタップインすることはできませんでした。幸いにも、2枚目のTouch n Goカードを持っていいたので、それでタップインし、フロントデスクにその旨を伝えました。フロントデスクは1枚目のTouch n Goカードの写真を撮り、その夜に2枚目のTouch n Goカードを認証してくれました。翌朝、チェックアウトして、別の出口まで車で行き、2枚目のTouch n Goカードをタップすると、RM12が差し引かれました。

デラックスキング（喫煙室）OK。

ホテルからの眺めは最高です。朝と夜の景色がリラックスさせてくれます💖。

This hotel for some review quite good but maybe need renew in some part. Disappointed for the bathroom and environment inside the hotel. The bed sheets and the towel it was so so dull for standard 4 stars hotel. I never experienced for 4 stars hotel like this. And also variety for breakfast. I stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast for the main course was the same, almost all carbo. Totally different with the Pictures and my experienced. So better for who wants to stay bring the own towel and bed sheet.

ベッドとベッドシーツはきちんと掃除されておらず、部屋も手入れが行き届いていません。壁紙は剥がれ、天井にはクモの巣がありました。食事は普通でした。そしてプールはメンテナンス中でした。

Room phone not connected. Once connect. Reception desk never answer. Swimming pool is only for kids. They never inform/announce in web that their outdoor pool is closed. Breakfast so dull. The manager not friendly. When you asked for omelette he said there's a fried egg. Since when omelette = fried egg?

Pool under maintenance. Room is large & suitable for my family.

All was ok. The room was big and nice. Wifi was working ok. The 'weaknesses' were the breakfast buffet was the same for the 2 mornings we stayed & the pool was not as big as you xpected for this kind of hotel.

This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. The hotel is nice but breakfast need to improve

Nice, clean and spacious room. Good and varieties breakfast. in my room, only need to change the shower pipe, the connector is spoil and it's cause the water flow became slower. overall, everything was good and satisfying. it's recommended for others to stay here.

Tempatnya bersih, nyaman, asri, makanannya variatif dan enak, pelayanan ramah. So recommended
