So bad room, no clean and problem signal tv, the counter services not friendly, better search other hotel.

toilet not cleaning... receptionist not friendly...

Sorry to say that the workers at the reception was very impolite.

Ok if you want a place just to sleep. Dirty floor, toilet, walls, bad TV reception, not so clean bed sheet. The receptionist is friendly.

No dustbin in the room, ceiling broken, room and bedding smelly. lot rubbish in the room, kettle very dirty

So disappointed overall...very very rude and unwelcoming receptionist...I kept asking her to give me a new room since I was not satisfied with the room given...only stayed there for 2 hours, checked out after seeing the conditions in all the 3 rooms that she gave me...rooms were dirty, stained bed sheets and room walls...dirty refrigerator...bugs in the toilet and also room...in one of the rooms there was a spider!! in another room, I used the bathroom and there were insects coming out of the waste trap...I get it is a budget hotel but we aren't staying for free and so at least the basic aspects of a hotel like cleanliness and staff's attitude towards customers need to be taken care

the toilet shampoo and toilet paper was not change. the sheets has stain and there are bugs on the bed.
