The room smells awful. The staff is not trained even on how to greet clients. Very dirty and noisy environment.

The rooms smells awful. Very dirty. ACU is not working properly. NO CR. We need to share CR from the tenant of other room. This was not indicated on their ad. The 1 night stay is totally disaster.

Definitely, not clean. The room smells unpleasant. Also, It was put here that they have free wi-fi but then, it has charge.

That was okay for the price. shower was working and all. kaso walang wifi sa room namin tsaka ang hassle na walang water despenser sa room kase we have to go down talaga sa ground floor.

They always offer you the premium room when you book there, they lie that all standard rooms are fully booked. It happened with my friend and now with me. The room is dirty, looks that the last cleaning was years ago, there were cockroaches, the garbage was almost full, the air conditioning wasn't properly working.

Lack or poor customer service.

Bad customer service (unorganized, slow transaction). Dirty room (bed, lavatory, air condition and shower room).

We were put in the wrong room at first. Wifi has no service at all. We asked them to fix our TV since it was not working, and 3 hours passed with nothing. It's like they expect you to follow up many times, there's no phone and the elevator takes forever!! I know some will say "what do you expect when you paid for a cheap price?" I'm only expecting what was stated in the room details. Most of it are lacking if not fully missing.

Real value for money. Only a/c is too noisy.

Poor service. we stayed more than a day in the hotel they did not provide us towels. we keep on reminding the help desk to deliver us towels but until we check out we haven't receive it. Too slow checking in and out process. we waited for like an hour before we got our room even when we check out. Too waste of money, not a good choice at all.

I had a nice stay but it was not great. These are the details that I think the place has to improve: 1. The Front Office staff should briefly explain about the Php 500.00 deposit upon check-in along important house rules. In our case, we were just requested to sign and we had to request for the copy of the house rules so we can make sure that we would not be subjected to a fine. 2. There were no towels prepared in our room before we got in so we had to get down and request for the bath towels we need. 3. It took them more than 2 hours to attend to our concern for the TV in our room.

1. There is no telephone inside the room. If you want to talk or to communicate with the staff, you have to go to the ground floor. Which very frustrating because the building only have 1 elevator. 2. WiFi is very slow. We have to submit a daily report we are expecting that this hotel has a reliable internet but *sigh* 3. Cleanliness, 2 insects welcome us in our room. Outlets are working however you have to plug your charge all the way in which is very dangerous because the outlet is literally inside the wall if you know what I mean. 4. Everything has a charge! If you order food, which you have to do it personally on the Ground Floor, they will inform you that there is a delivery charge of 20php. For crying out loud! We asked for a bucket of ice, there is also a charge of 60php! Those amount are no big deal but for God Sake! "Money = Service" 60php for Housekeeping service. 5. Water shortage in the middle of the night!! Around 12am me and my friend had a little drink! We have to wash our hands and then boom! What happened to the water, man?! I dunno! Ok, call the front desk. Call?! O, sorry go downstairs! They told us that they will inform the maintenance people and tell them to fix it. But no! We have to go downstairs several times to do a follow up. In the end, the front desk people suggested that we could wash our hands in the new building.

Hotel staffs are not accomodating.

My stay in this hotel is a nightmare. Very noisy and mosquitoes are everywhere. Very dirty surroundings. Service is very poor cannot even provide a bath towel. I booked for 6 days but I am cancelling my booking after 2 days of stay. You do not get your money's worth. I am so frustrated with this hotel.

Their service doesn't focus on giving comfort to clients. Room is not clean, smells bad and no one bothers to clean the rest rooms. Not going back again.

Not clean surroundings. No trash can in the CR. The aircon suddenly stops at any time and will result to a very hot room. They have a poor quality service.

I lost my wallet and unfortunately they don't have cctv camera in that area.
