Rooms is OK but need improvement, furnitures are already worn out. Bathroom tilling needs replacement. Look dirty lots of molds. Front desk very accommodating, however the restaurant staff not, I wanted to order but nobody left in the area to accommodate guest to dine, they are all in the kitchen and looks busy in the function, there should be at least a staff to accommodate dining guest from the hotel. I felt unwelcome and decided to dine outside.

The hotel doesn't have room service, you have to go down to get ice bucket, imagine were at the 3rd floor. and the room don't have bathtub which was listed in the amenities. And especially the receptionist spoil the bday surprise for me, by calling me and saying mam your friend's bringing cake if you will make dumi in the room there will be a charge!! Hahaha what the?

Good location, feels like home if you stay here and it's worth what you pay for, the food is very good.

Location of hotel in in the city center, right beside the plaza, Guingona Park. Staff were friendly and helped us carry our luggage up to the 4th floor (no elevator). Transport to Bancasi airport at 5:00AM was provided for free and tuna sandwich for breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. However, room amenities are limited to towel, a tiny bar of soap, and a tiny sachet of shampoo. No toothbrush (when we asked we were told they only provide one for the suites). No water provided, we had to ask and they gave us a thermos of cold water. Since we only stayed for 1 night, it was ok.

Service staff were very friendly.

It turns great! We celebrate my daughter birthday on this hotel. Venus and her staff were wonderful. I will comeback for sure

The room was nice and the receptionist was kind enough to transfer us to a bigger room.
