トラベルオカの予約で、6人分の朝食付き部屋を3部屋予約しました。 すると朝、1部屋で朝食を取れるのは1人だけで、他の人は料金を払う必要があると通知されました。 チェックイン時に誰も私たちに知らせてくれませんでした。また、予約には朝食に追加料金を支払う必要があることも示されていません。 スタッフは「予約人数は朝食を取る人数ではありません」と言いました。一方、トラベルオカに朝食ルームに支払った金額は、レストランで2人分支払った朝食なし+料金よりも高かったです。 結論として、大したことではありませんが、予約時に騙されたような気分になりました。これは他のホテルでは経験したことがありません。

The hotel is clean and service is good, however the lighting is abit dim, and not warm, can be improved. Aircon is abit noisy. Overall its a pleasant stay.

The room is clean and spacious. Worth the price tag.

Hotel baru dan sangat bersih. Banyak sekali Cafe dan resto di lokasi hotel ini, hanya saja cafe nya bukan menyajikan local food karena banyak western, Chinese dan Korean Food disana.

This trip was , make us unhappy this is not the first stay for us at iconic prei, before this strip , we feel very happy and satisfy because we feel warn and friendly , nice staff (restaurant we having breakfast) (warm when we check in at reception) (helpful for housekeeping staff) that's way after our first stay , we choose , every strip we , when we go prei , iconic will be our first choice this trip made us very feel down , actually , we purposely travel to bukit metajam and stay at iconic is for our (new year countdown 2019) because we having great time last nycd 2018 , unfortunately , feel sad for that night , stay at room from 11pm to next day , did not enjoy totally . Can't fall in sleep at night, we disappointed make this trip. Reason is - iconic nycd start 10.00pm at lobby , we there around 10.45pm , sit at lobby sofa , we ask the reception , can sit there waiting for countdown ? , they said yes, but when we seat about 20 min, the restaurant guy come to ask us for drinks , I said no thanks , we just seat here for enjoy the nycd party , he said - can't , must order drinks only can sit at the lobby sofa I mention to him , we are the hotel guest , he said can not also for that night, must order than I ask the reception again , reception staff say can. We feel very shy , other people if miss- understand , think we can't pay for the drinks, happen is me & husband do not like alcohol and cold drinks . This is the first time come across hotel lobby can seat , only can stand , if no order for drinks feel bad for this new year sad sad sad for the first day of new year
