パークレーンについて何を言えばいいでしょうか。まず、ここは私が大好きな場所で、いつも泊まりたくなります。セブを訪れるたびに。理由は明白です。「スタッフ」です。スタッフは、ゲスト（私のような）がまた来たくなるような存在です。スタッフはリピーター（私もその一人です）を認識してくれます。スタッフは心からの笑顔で私の名前を呼んで挨拶し、歓迎されていると感じさせ、私の好みを知り、私のニーズを予測してくれます。これらすべてが誠実さと礼儀正しさから生まれています。特に驚いたのは、トップマネジメントの一人であるリチャード氏が、時間を割いて私のところに近づき、ホテルでの滞在と食事について尋ねてくれたことです。彼に初めて会ったのは、2024年3月に最後に滞在したときで、彼は私のことを覚えていました。すごい！とにかく、彼はセブで現在開催中のイベントと今後のイベントについて最新情報を教えてくれました。フィエスタは気に入りましたが。マネジメントスタッフがホテルのゲストと交流するにはこうあるべきで、それがゲストの幸福に対する彼らの関心を示すことになります。以下のスタッフは、パークレーンに泊まることにワクワクさせてくれる特別な心遣いをしてくれたので、特筆に値します。マヌエル（サービス担当）-エデリト（私がパークレーンに最初に泊まったときに最初に対応してくれた人）。 Zyrel、Janica、Antoinette、Kryzzlyn、Claire、Jannah、Dave など。料理担当 - Diane (初めてベジタリアン チャーハンを作ってくれたのですが、ベジタリアン オムレツを注文したのでベジタリアンだと思っていました。彼女は私のニーズを予測してくれました。その瞬間、私は感激しました)。-Albert (私が知る最初のシェフの 1 人で、料理とケータリングをしてくれます。食事のリクエストに応えてくれます。Bean Date - Apple (彼女は宝石のような人です。フレンドリーでいつも笑顔です)。-Sharmin。ハウスキーピング - Tess、Analyn とチーム。セキュリティ - Guico、Trazo、Catamo、Tingal、Boragay、Yamore、Abuno。フロントデスク - Von とチーム。バンケット - Ronald (初めて案内してくれた人)。コンシェルジュ - Ryan (Ronald と一緒に、初めて食事と観光に連れて行ってくれました) とチーム。Ka Nanan - Vanessa。追伸: 間違いがあったのでご容赦ください。名前を思い出せない人もたくさんいます。彼らは、上に挙げた人たちと同じように素晴らしい人たちです。チームにインスピレーションを与えてくれたエドウィンがいなくて寂しかったです。シーラ (Bean Date) がいなくて寂しかったです。ヴァネッサも寂しくなります。さて、もう十分話したと思います。帰る前に、滞在中に妹の世話をしてくれたすべての人に心から感謝したいと思います。妹はパークレーンで楽しい時間を過ごしたようで、スタッフに「本当にありがとう」と言っていました。もう一度、パークレーンに感謝します。スタッフはホテルの財産であることを忘れないでください。スタッフを大切にすれば、今度は彼らもゲストの幸福とホテルのビジネスに気を配り、繁栄するでしょう。パークレーンの今後のご活躍をお祈りします。神のご加護がありますように。

市内中心部にある素敵な場所です。ビュッフェは最高です。

スタッフは親切でとてもプロフェッショナルでした。私たちが泊まった部屋はとても清潔で、よく手入れされていました。全体的に素晴らしい経験でした。

Love buffet and their cafe. Love the fact that they have a gym and pool and its accessible to anywhere. Love the location and staff. All in all a great experience to me and my hubby.

The only thing I wish they did better was the breakfast menu. I'm pretty sure Cebu has more sweet delicacies than just puto maya. If you're truly distinctly local, show it off! I would have loved to see more local food than the bread selections. Also, they're currently renovating so the pool is only open at 5-9 pm (closed on Thursday for maintenance). The gym facilities were great, just beware that it 's usually crowded by 8 am and after 6 pm. The hotel 's closeness to the mall is another plus. All in all I have no regret choosing this place.

Check-in late as we arrived late. Appreciate reception for easy check in. Room was clean and space is enough for 2-3 people, not small also not super big. Had a good breakfast too!

The hotel is at the center of Cebu's bustling city, at a walking distance to Ayala and Metro.

Was not given the room we were supposed to get. No bathtub inside the rooms.. is this false advertisement or what?!

I booked the hotel knowing that the pool renovation will finish on 22nd of December 2018. Unfortunately, they are still working on it until the time I stayed there. It wasn't posted in app that they are still renovating until now. Everything else is okay. This hotel is old.

The services they offered was awesome; their facilities are good.

Very accessible to mall and other establishments you need to unwind. Had a good sleep and breakfast was good. Staffs are accomodating.

So lurve the breakfast buffet. We had free newspapers in the morning & left at the front door. We just don’t like the bed, it’s too cute. It’s too different from the sample picture. Wi-Fi was intermittent. Overall, it was a fantastic staycation!

We booked for a Deluxe Room but when we checked in the hotel we got an upgrade of an Executive Suite Room which was even beyond our expectations.

The room was good and enough for me and my family. I'd love to bring the whole gang next time. Staff are accommodating and amenities are well-maintained. Overall, our stay had been memorable. Thank you!
