買い物がしやすいのでとても良いです。ホテルはショッピングモールのすぐ隣にあります。

長所: ロケーション。地上階のショッピングエリア。 4名様分の朝食付き。川を見下ろす景色。短所: 部屋が古い。 TV ボックス、鮮明な放送がありません。床がひび割れている。価格は利便性の価値がありません。すぐにアップグレードする必要があります。

Room did not clean up properly where there are trash under the bed. Shower tap broken where you cannot control the water coming from the lower tap or the shower tap and water pressure are not stable. Room phone broken. Restaurant with a lot of menu out of stock. Overall, not really to the hotel standard.

the hotels is almost 90 km away from the international airport. Your website shows only 21.2 KM away from international airport. I had to pay 150 Brunie currency to reach hotel (one way) and cross a Malaysian border to reach to my hotel. I paid the same again to come to city centre next day. this is misleading and wrong information. Please amend it and I had to change my hotel after 1st night of frustrated stay and paid again to a new hotel. this is absolutely frustrating

Secure got parking for guest, breakfast was delicious especially nasi lemak. Good stay for guest that have long journey Limbang, Brunei, Lawas and also from Sabah.

Kami bermalam di sini untuk ke brunei berulang dari limbang, lebih menjimatkan, bilik luas dan sesuai untuk sekeluarga, cuma tandas kurang bersih dan sukar mendapatkan parking. Ruang parking bawah hotel gelap dan sempit.

The flush of the toilet is not functioning very well. It took me more than 10 seconds to flush the toilet. The rest is good. However, the breakfast should have more varieties.

Tandas kurang memuaskan, air dalam tempat tanda tidak megalir, bilik mandi kurang selasa, perabot bilik terlalu lama, lokasi bagus.

Hotel staff not so friendly. Very difficult to have access to see around. No transportation arrangement / No taxis. Place in the middle of nowhere. Had great difficulty in reaching the hotel and moving out also. Restaurant and room quality not good.
